ಸಂಘದ ಸ್ವಯಂಸೇವಕರು ಹಾಗೂ ಹಿತೈಷಿಗಳಿಗಾಗಿ ಆಯೋಜಿಸಲಾಗಿದ್ದ ಬೌಧಿಕ ವರ್ಗವನ್ನು ಉದ್ದೇಶಿಸಿ ಮಾತನಾಡಿದ ಮೋಹನ ಭಾಗ್ವತ್ ದೇಶದ ಮುಂದಿರುವ ಸಮಸ್ಯಗಳು ನಮ್ಮನ್ನು ಸಹಜವಾಗಿ ಚಿಂತೆಗೀಡುಮಾಡುತ್ತವೆ. ಆದರೆ ಅವುಗಳಿಗೆ ಕಾರಣ ಹಾಗೂ ಉತ್ತರ ಹುಡುಕುವುದು ಅವಶ್ಯಕ. ನಮ್ಮ ಸಮಸ್ಯಗಳಿಗೆ ಇತರರು ಎಷ್ಟು ಕಾರಣರೂ ನಮ್ಮಲಿನ ದೋಷಗಳೂ ಕೂಡಾ ಅಷ್ಟೇ ಕಾರಣ. ಸಾವಿರಾರು ವರ್ಷಗಳಿಂದ ವಿಶ್ವದೆಲ್ಲೆಡೆ ತಮ್ಮ ದಾಳಿಗಳಿಂದ ಅಲ್ಲಿನ ಸಂಸ್ಕೃತಿಯನ್ನು ನಾಶ ಮಾಡಿದ ಇಸ್ಲಾಂ ಅಥವಾ ಪಶ್ಚಿಮದ ಶಕ್ತಿಗಳು ಭಾರವನ್ನು ಗುಲಾಮನ್ನಾಗಿಸಿಕೊಳುವಲ್ಲಿ ಮಾತ್ರ ಸಫಲವಾದವೇ ವಿನಃ ಇಲ್ಲಿನ್ ಸಮಾಜವನ್ನು ಸಂಪೂರ್ಣವಾಗಿ ನಾಶ ಮಾಡುವಲ್ಲಿ ಸಫಲವಾಅಗಲಿಲ್ಲ. ಅಂದರೆ ಅಷ್ಟರ ಮಟ್ಟಿಗೆ ನಾವು ಶಕ್ತಿಶಾಲಿ ಸಮಾಜವೆಂದೇ ಹೇಳಬಹುದು. ೧೦೦ ವರ್ಷಗಳಲ್ಲಿಯೇ ನಮ್ಮನ್ನು ಹೊಸಕಿ ಹಾಕಬಹುದಾದ ಶಕ್ತಿಯನ್ನು ಅವುಗಳು ಹೊಂದಿದ್ದರೂ ಕೂಡ ನಮ್ಮ ಸಂಪೂರ್ಣ ನಾಶ ಅವುಗಳಿಂದ ಸಾಧ್ಯವಾಗಲಿಲ್ಲ. ಆದರೆ ಸಂಖ್ಯಾತ್ಮಕವಾಗಿ ನಾವು ಹೆಚ್ಚಿದ್ದರೂ ಕೂಡ ಇಂದಿಗೂ ನಾವು ಅವುಗಳ ದಬ್ಬಾಳಿಕೆಗೆ ತುತ್ತಾಗುತ್ತಿದ್ದೇವೆ. ಇದಕ್ಕೆ ನಮ್ಮಯೋಗ್ಯತೆಯ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ನಮ್ಮ ದೋಷಗಳ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಪರಾಮರ್ಶೆ ಆಗಬೇಕಾಗಿದೆ. ನಾವು ಯೋಗ್ಯರಾದಲ್ಲಿ ನಮ್ಮ ಎಲ್ಲ ಸಮಸ್ಯಗಳಿಗೆ ಪರಿಹಾರ ಸಿಗಲಿದೆ. ಇದಕ್ಕೆ ಸ್ವಾರ್ಥ ರಹಿತ ಶುದ್ಧ ಚಾರಿತ್ರ್ಯಯುಳ್ಳ ಶಕ್ತಿಶಾಲಿ ಸಮಾಜದ ನಿರ್ಮಾಣ ಅವಶ್ಯಕ. ಸಂಘಟಿತ ಸಮಾಜದಿಂದ ಮಾತ್ರ ಸ್ವಾತಂತ್ರ್ಯದ ರಕ್ಷಣೆ ಸಾದ್ಯ ಎಂಬುದನ್ನು ಡಾ. ಅಂಬೇಡ್ಕರ ಕೂಡ ಪ್ರತಿಪಾದಿಸಿದ್ದರು. ಇದನ್ನೇ ಮನಗಂಡಿದ್ದ ಸಂಘ ಸ್ಥಾಪಕ ಡಾ. ಹೆಡಗೇವಾರ ಹಿಂದು ಸಮಾಜದ ಸಂಘಟನೆಯ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ಕೆ ಸಂಘವನ್ನು ಪ್ರಾರಂಭಿಸಿದರು. ಇದೇ ಸಂಘದ ಮೂಲ ಮಂತ್ರ ಹಾಗೂ ಸಿದ್ದಂತ .ಇದನ್ನು ಪೂರ್ತಿಗೊಳಿಸುವುದಕ್ಕಾಗಿ ಎಲ್ಲ ಸ್ವಯಂಸೇವಕರು ನಿರಂತರವಾಗಿ ಕಾರ್ಯಮಾಡುತ್ತಿದ್ದಾರೆ ಎಂದು ಹೇಳಿದರು.
ಇಂದಿನ ಸಮಾಜದ ಸ್ಥಿತಿಗತಿಯ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ತಮ್ಮಾ ಬೌದ್ದಿಕದಲ್ಲಿ ಬೆಳಕು ಚೆಲ್ಲಿದ ಮೋಹನ ಭಾಗ್ವತ ಜಾತಿ, ಭಾಷೆ, ರಾಜ್ಯ ಮುಂತಾದ ವಿಷಯಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಜನರು ಯಾವಮಟ್ಟಕ್ಕಾದರೂ ಹೋಗುತ್ತಾರೆ. ಇದೇ ಭಾವನೆ ದೇಶದ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಏಕಿಲ್ಲ? ಎಂದು ಪ್ರಶ್ನಿಸಿದ ಭಾಗ್ವತ ಇಂದು ಸಮಾಜದಲ್ಲಿ ಹೆಚ್ಚಿನ ಅನಾಹುತಗಳು ತಥಾಕಥಿತ ವಿದ್ಯಾವಂತರಿಂದಲೇ ಆಗುತ್ತಿದ್ದೆ. ಯಾವ ವನವಾಸಿಗಳ ಪ್ರದೇಶಗಳನ್ನು ನಾವು ಹಿಂದುಳಿದ ಪ್ರದೇಶ ಎನ್ನುತ್ತೇವೆಯೋ, ಎಲ್ಲಿ ಅಭಿವೃದ್ಧಿ ಇನ್ನು ತಲುಪಿಲ್ಲವೂ ಅಲ್ಲಿ ಸಾಮಾಜಿಕ ಜೀವನ ಇನ್ನು ಕೂಡ ಸಂಘಟಿತವಾಗಿ ಸುವ್ಯವಸ್ಥಿತವಾಗಿ ಇದೆ ಎಂದರೆ ತಪ್ಪಾಗಲಿಕಿಲ್ಲ. ಎಂದು ಹೇಳಿದರು.
ನಮ್ಮ ಸಮಾಜ, ಆದರ್ಶಗಳ ಪಾಲಿನೆಗಿಂತ ಪೂಜೆಗೆ ಹೆಚ್ಚಿನ ಮಹತ್ವ ನೀಡುತ್ತದೆ ಎಂದು ಹೇಳಿದ ಸರಸಂಘಚಾಲಕರು ಇಂದು ಸಮಾಜಕ್ಕೆ ಒಳ್ಳೆಯ ಉದಾಹರಣೆಗಳ ಅವಶ್ಯಕತೆ ಇದೆ. ಹೀಗಾಗಿ ಸ್ಸಂಘದ ಸ್ವಯಂಸೇವಕರ ಮೇಲೆ ಹೆಚ್ಚಿನ ಜವಾಬ್ದಾರಿ ಇದೆ. ಸ್ವಯಂಸೇವಕ ಹಾಗೂ ಆತನ ಮನೆ ನಿಜವಾದ ಅರ್ಥದಲ್ಲಿ ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರೀಯ ಸ್ವಯಂಸೇವಕ ಸಂಘವಾಗಬೇಕಾಗಿದೆ. ಆತ ಸತತ ಸಾಧನೆಯ ವೃತ ಆಚರಣೆಯ ಮೂಲಕ ಸಮಾಜಕ್ಕೆ ಉದಾಹರಣೆಯಾಗಬೇಕಾಗಿದೆ. ಆಗ ಸಮಾಜದಲ್ಲಿ ಒಳ್ಳೆಯ ವಾತಾವರಣೆ ನಿರ್ಮಾಣವಾಗಿ ಇನ್ನುಳಿದ ಹಿಂದು ಸಮಾಜ ಕೂಡಾ ಅವರನ್ನು ಅನುಕರಿಸುತ್ತದೆ ಎಂದು ಭಾಗ್ವತ ಇದೇ ಸಂದರ್ಭದಲ್ಲಿ ಸ್ವಯಂಸೇವಕರಿಗೆ ಹಿತವಚನ ಹೇಳಿದರು.

The Devaraj Urs colony slum near Visveswaranagar had an unusual visitor on Friday – the seer of the Pejawar Mutt, Vishwesha Theertha Swami.

The streets were adorned with rangolis and sported flower decoration, and the residents of the slum wore their best, to welcome the seer, who visited the colony as part of his social initiative.

The seer visited the house of a sweeper (pourakarmika) Kuppuswamy and inquired about the well-being of the family. He lit an oil lamp in the small corner of the tiled house which served as a pooja corner. The seet also lit a lamp in the house of Subramani.

The seer addressed a meeting at the Pattaaladamma temple premises in the locality, wherein he called for equality among all Hindus, inlcuding Dalits, and said his visit was aimed at knitting harmony between all classes of people in society.

“I fast as a mark of protest whenever I hear about an atrocity against a dalit in the State,” he said. He listened to the grievances of the pourakarmikas. During the interaction, the pourakarmika leaders appealed him to visit all the slums and pourakarmika colonies in city.

They also wanted to him to use his clout to influence upon the elected leaders and officials to construct a marriage hall in each of the colonies.
N Mara, president of Zilla Pourakarmikara Sangha told Deccan Herald that he and people of his community were happy with the visit of the seer. The Pejawar seer is in city as part of the 72nd Chaturmasya.

‘Vaishnava deeksha’ offered to dalits
Pejawar mutt seer Viswesha Theertha Swamiji on Friday said he would offer ‘Vaishnava Deeksha’ (initiation into Vaishnava way of life) to dalits so that they didn’t convert themselves into other religions.

The seer who visited Devaraj Urs colony, a pourakarmika slum here, said the high rate of religious conversions to other religions among dalits was a ‘dangerous’ trend. There was also a conspiracy against the Hindus to split the religion, he claimed and added that the society should shun using the word Dalit.

“For years, you have all offered pooja to Hindu Gods. The community is no less to any other Hindus. You must continue to follow the rituals, mass prayers and holding pooja rituals to come out of inferiority complex,” the seer advised.

He visited the three houses of pourakarmikas in the locality and lit oil lamps before gods and goddesses offering symbolic support and backing to dalits and pourakarmikas.

Swami to stop Dalit religious conversion

MYSORE: Seeking to curb religious conversion and encourage Dalit communities to join the mainstream, Pejawar mutt seer Vishwesha Teertha Swami on Friday visited a Dalit colony and promised to champion their cause.

The seer told them he will observe a fast and offered them deeksha as a weapon to stop conversion. The seer asked them to quit alcoholism, but remained silent on their food habits stating non-vegetarianism is part of their culture. Buoyed by the seer’s promise, the Dalit families said they would follow the seer’s words. This is the first time a religious leader has visited their houses. The seer’s visit aimed at ensuring social harmony and protecting Hindu Dharma.

When the seer, who will be in the city for over a fortnight performing Chaturmasya vratha, arrived there was celebration at the Devaraj Urs colony, predominated by pourakarmikas. The colony was swept clean and decorated. The residents lined up to receive the seer and offered floral tributes as he came. The seer visited a couple of houses, lit lamps and offered prayers before he went to Pattadalamma temple where he addressed them calling Hindus to be united.

According to him, religious conversions normally target Dalits as they rae alienated from Hindus. Hindus should be united, he said decrying untouchability. He offered to give them deeksha even as he advised them to quit alcohol. He asked them to contact him in case they have any message or demand to be heard by the state government. “I will approach the elected representatives,” he told them.

Blazing a new trail aimed at ending exploitation of dalits in the name of untouchability and creating a sense of social harmony, Sri Vishweshwara Theertha Swami of Pejawar Mutt today went on a padayatra in a Dalit Colony and offered ‘Vaishnava Deeksha’ (initiation). So overwhelmed were residents of the Devaraj Urs Colony, inhabited predominantly by ‘Pourakarmiks’, engaged in sweeping roads by the City Corporation, that some of them shed tears of joy and mixed freely touching the feet of the septuagenerian Swami, one of the highly respected seers.

The Colony itself wore a festive look with the lanes and by lanes decorated with festoons and rangoli drawn in front of their houses to receive the Swami, who is also one of the founders of Vishwa Hindu Parishad. Men in Panche (Dhoti), women in traditional saree and children lined on either side of the roads in the colony and showered rose petals.As the swami entered the colony, he was resceived with poorna kumbha (full honours ) by a dalitwoman. The highly respected swami among the eight Brahmin Mutts of Udupi, where saint-philosopher Madhwacharya founded the Krishna Mutt in 1238 AD with his disciples later establishing eight mutts, surprised them as he entered some houses and lit oil lamps placed before the photos of gods and goddesses. At the end of the padayatra, he addressed the gathering at the Pattaladamma Temple, after performing pujas to the Goddesses.Stressing that they were all Hindus, he said a Hindu should not discriminate against another Hindu. The Swami regretted that when the puritans who could have pet goats and cats in their houses,they were hesitant to have dalits inside their homes. He said observing certain rituals, the dalits can excel the “so-called learned Brahmins” and advised them to give up alcohol. The swami said he would go on fast if there were incidents of atrocities on Dalits in Karnataka. Dalit leader Paliniswamy expressed his gratitude to the swami for his padayatra. “We are sweepers and we are deeply touched with the swami’s visit. We will follow his advice”. Paliniswamy said “we feel Lord Udupi Krishna has come to our colony”.

Construction of a grand temple at Ayodhya-the birth place of Lord Rama is not only good for India, but is a must for attaining global welfare. It is global necessity. It is must for peace, development and welfare of all”, declared Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh Chief.

INAUGURATING the ‘Hanumatshakti Jagarana Abhiyana’ at Nagpur’s famous Agaram Devi Temple premises on August 16 coinciding Tulsi Jayanti, Shri Mohan Bhagwat said that Sri Rama embodied all the highest values of human life which can guide the entire humanity on the path of peace and progress.

Shri Bhagwat said that already a small temple existed at the birth place of Sri Rama at Ayodhya and what was needed was to convert that small temple into a grand, magnificent temple fulfilling the aspirations of millions of Hindus for whom it has been the matter of faith since eons.

“We are trying to have the grand temple built there with consensus, but if required, we are also ready for another struggle for the same”, thundered the RSS Chief with equally thundering applause and slogans of ‘Jai Sriram’ from the jam-packed audience.
“It is unbelievable that in a country of ‘Satyamev Jayate’ we have to take recourse to agitation programmes to establish the truth”, he said. “No man-made court can resolve the issue of Ramjanmabhumi as it has been the matter of faith for millions of Hindus worldwide. But we are waiting for the courts to decide the issue for this long. Now that all evidences were submitted; and the lawyers completed their arguments, we are expecting the verdict of the court, the RSS Sarsanghachalak said.

Shri Bhagwat reminded the audience that Sri Rama was our ‘national hero’ and the makers of Indian Constitution recognised this by inserting the portrait of Rama in the original copy of our Constitution. Sri Rama was the very personification of all good virtues in human life which India cherished since its hoary past. Rama was the very embodiment of Dharma-a system that sustained the society, inculcated the values of humanity and fraternity amongst people; and Rama himself lived upto these ideals which he wanted others to follow.

Therefore, Shri Bhagwat exhorted the people to take up the fulfillment of mission of Sri Rama that is to establish these values again. ‘Rama’s mission is the mission of Dharma’, he said and urged the people to be prepared for this grand mission like Hanuman.

The RSS Sarsanghchalak opined that Hanuman was all devoted for the cause of Rama. He had no personal ambitions of any kind. His was a fully devoted life at the lotus feet of Sri Rama. Like him, we have to arouse this strength in our society; and lead such awakened society to establish the grand temple at Ayodhya for the welfare of entire humanity. This awakened societal strength is to be used only for the mission of Lord Rama and not for any political party or association, Shri Bhagwat cautioned.

“This every Hindu must take up as his mission, as a vow to dedicate all his talents, education and strength for the nation. This vow will be fulfilled only after the grand temple at Ayodhya is erected”, he said.

Shri Bhagwat said that Hanuman’s strength was the basis of Rama’s mission of establishing Dharma on this earth. Today also we need this strength and hence this ‘Hanumatshakti Jagaran Abhiyan’, he added. He exhorted the people to read ‘Hanuman Chalisa’ daily as a vow till the Rama Temple is constructed at Ayodhya. “Strength of Hanuman has to be awakened among the members of the society to make them ready to attain the target of construction of the temple with the speed of a wind”, he said.

The ‘Hanumatshakti Jagaran Abhiyan’ was launched at Nagpur with full grandeur and fanfare under the auspices of Sri Hanumatshakti Jagaran Samiti. The program began with chanting of Hanuman Chalisa 11 times. Shri Bhagwat also released the book title “Sri Ramjanmabhumi Muktiche Abhutpurva Andolan” in Marathi penned by former editor of Tarun Bharat Shri D B alias Mamasaheb Ghumre and published by Nachiket Prakashan.

Earlier, Shri Barai Maharaj and VHP Central Committee member Sriramji Joshi appealed to the people to be ready for construction of Rama Temple at Ayodhya and create a social awareness through this unique awareness campaign.

The programme was attended by Vidarbha regional committee president Prafulla Gadge, working president Vijayjit Walia, vice president Satnam Singh Sokhi, VHP State Secretary Prof Hemant Jambhekar and others. NAGPUR: Reiterating its stand on construction of Ram Mandir in Ayodhya, the Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS) has said that it will ensure that the temple would be built either by “consensus or struggle”.

“Ram Mandir is a matter of faith for crores of Hindus and cannot be built simply judged by a court judgement. We will ensure that it is built either by consensus or through struggle,” RSS Chief Mohan Bhagwat said at a function here last night.
The popular sentiments and demand for constructing Ram Mandir in Ayodhya was there since the time of independence, he said adding that all historical and archaeological evidences pointed towards existence of a Ram Mandir in Ayodhya.
Bhagwat inaugurated a public awareness programme of Shri Hanuman Shakti Jagran Samiti with the recitation of ‘Hanuman Chalisa’ 11 times at 1,000 places on the occasion of Tulsi Jayanti.

World Samskrit Book Fair on January 7,8,9,10 at Bangalore

Bangalore, Aug 19 : More than 10,000 Sanskrit Scholars from across the world and over 150 publishers from 14 countries will participate in the World Sanskrit Book Fair to be held at Bangalore Karnataka from January 7, 8, 9 and10 of 2011. Samskruta Bharati, an RSS affiliated organization for Samskrit speaking-learning activities will be organizing this mega event at Bangalore.

UNI REPORT: Sanskrit Promotion Foundation Spokesperson Srinivas told UNI that the fair to be organised jointly by various Sanskrit Organisations and Karnataka government was the first of its kind.
More than 500 new publications would be released, he said.
He said conferences and workshops would also be held to provide a platform for discussion on translations, new vocabulary and the role of Sanskrit, management and leadership principles in its literature.
Mr Srinivas said the event was a joint initiative by several major Sanskrit institutions in the country and around the world to showcase and stimulate new innovations enabled by the language and its rich knowledge base.

The fair will be more than a marketplace for Sanskrit books
It will be a festival to celebrate Sanskrit as the vehicle of a rich culture, he said.
He said former President A P J Abdul Kalam will inaugurate the event in which representatives of more than 290 Sanskrit Universities are slated to participate.
He said during the event, donations of old Sanskrit books would be accepted and everyday publishers would give a way free books on each day of the Fair.
Cultural programmes, including concerts of Sanskrit songs by renowned artists, Sanskrit dramas, music and dances will also be held during the course of the event.

Advisory Board for International Sanskrit Book Fair announced
Sanskrit is not a mere language but a civilisation—Justice (Retd) MN Venkatachalaiah “SANSKRIT is not a mere language but a civilisation. The literature of Sanskrit should not be understood as a literature of the rituals, it is something extraordinary. The world is going to change in next ten years beyond recognition, because all branches of knowledge will converge and the results will be spectacular. But will that change necessary be a progress? In this given situation the values in Sanskrit will provide you a touchstone to take the mankind to happiness. Extract this universal and eternal values laid through Sanskrit language. Universalisa-tion of this language should be propagated through the International Sanskrit Book Fair,” said the former Chief Justice of Supreme Court of India Shri MN Venkatachalaiah. He was speaking at a meeting organised in Bengaluru on May 7 for the preparations of the First International Sanskrit Book Fair which will be held in Bengaluru from January 7 to 10, 2011.

Samskrit Bharati with the sponsorship of Rashtriya Sanskrit Pratishthan (Government of India) and Karnataka Government, declared the Advisory Board for the Book Fair. After the introductory speech by Dr Pralhadacharya, secretary of the organising committee Shri CM Krishna Shastry unfolded the detail plan before the dignitaries present at the meeting from various states and institutions. There was discussion on every aspect of the fair and participants put forth many suggestions.

The National Advisory Board, announced at the meeting, includes former Chief Justice of Supreme Court Shri MN Venkatachalaiah (president), former Chief Justice of India Shri RC Lahoti, former Governor of Bihar Justice (retd) Dr M Rama Jois and former Chief Election Commissioner of India Shri N Gopalaswamy (vice presidents), former Vice Chancellor Dr Prahladacharya and secretary of Samskrit Promotion Foundation Shri Chamu Krishna Shastry (secretaries).

Madani- Saint or Sinner?

Madani has to explain a lot. From his ISS (ISLAMIC SEVAK SANGH which was banned in 1993)days, MaAdni’s speeches, action and movements matched more of a terrorist gang chief rather than a political leader. From platforms across the state, sitting pretty among a posse of armed bodyguards, MaAdni spat venom against Hindus and our Nationhood. Our cultural heritage, Hindu practices and customs- practically everything that was non-Islamic was touched upon and mocked at.

Just to take one example, one of MaAdni’s favorite subjects was the relation between Sita Devi and Laxman of legend Ramayana! His supporters roared with laughter and more sensible listened with gasped breath as MaAdni continued his rhetoric from stage to stage. It was not without reason that Kerala police registered 32 cases against him before Tamil Nadu police nabbed him.

Terrorist MaAdni was anointed as Saint MaAdni by overnight by CPM – The apostles of Secularism. All the 32 cases registered against MaAdni was withdrawn without any explanation by the Home Ministry. CPM overwhelmed with the opportunity to nab Jihadi votes in Loksabha elections failed miserably to sense the Hindu sentiments but aftermath of Lok Sabha elections forced them to reconsider their links with MaAdni. When Chief Minister Achuthanandan and his faction along with other LDF allies distanced themselves from this Jihadi terrorist, Pinarai Vijayan faction continued their love and affection with the terrorist.

Coming days will shed more light into the involvement of MaAdni and his gang in the Anti National activities including various bomb blasts across the country. Thadiyantavidae Nazeer who grew into a global jihadi was initiated into Jihad by the venomous speeches of Abdul Naser maAdni. Although MaAdni repeatedly claim that he don’t know Nazeer nor have any connection with him – Karnataka Police had collected ample evidences for all the charges filed against MaAdni.

MaAdni was in Kozhikode for Ayurvedic treatment and it was from there he went to Coorg clandestinely to meet Nazeer and conspired to plant bombs in Karnataka as a punishment to Karnataka citizens for electing a BJP Government. Kerala Police is very well aware about this MaAdni’s travel to Coorg but their hands and lips were tied by the Home Minister itself one of the closest pal of MaAdni.

MaAdni knows very well to play with words, to deliver half baked lies without any shame a quality imbibed in born criminals. What was unfortunate was that the media especially the visual media falling into the trap laid by MaAdni knowingly or knowingly, Kerala visual Media barons like Asianet cannot run away from their responsibility for whipping up the communal passion of Muslims in the state along with CPM leaders who again and again retort that by taking MaAdni to Karnataka they are taking him to an enemy country.

There are lakhs of Keralites including Muslims living peacefully in Karnataka under the BJP regime and certainly BJP in Karnataka don’t need to win the hearts of the people there by creating a false case against a Jihadi from Kerala. The arrest have been made as per the revelations of other accused and certainly Karnataka Police had verified those claims with the Police who accompanied MaAdni as part of the Security allotted to him.

KOLLAM: Before the drama over the arrest of PDP chairman Abdul Nasser Madhani drew to a close, late on Monday night there were reports quoting Home Minister Kodiyeri Balakrishnan that Madhani would surrender on Tuesday afternoon. Madhani had told reporters on Tuesday that the date, time and venue of arrest were decided only late on Monday night. Didn’t it reveal the high-level understanding arrived at behind the curtains in the late hours on Monday?

On August 14, a police team led by Kollam SP Harshitha Attaluri made the first move towards Anwarsseri but could reach only up to the gate. It is said that the SP received a message and police action came to a standstill. Since then the police had enough opportunity to enter Anwarsseri and execute the arrest. Even as Madhani reiterated that he would not resist an arrest, the police did not receive the go-ahead from the higher-ups due to reasons unknown. Top police officers of the state were fumbling for words in front of their Karnataka counterparts on Monday morning as they had to withdraw from the move to arrest Madhani at the last minute due to the red flag shown by their political bosses.

The developments over the last few days had indeed underlined the suspicions of Karnataka Home Minister V S Acharya that the Kerala Government was playing a political drama. Even the ‘so-called arrest’ of Madhani took place at the date and time decided by him and not by the police. In the coming days, Kodiyeri is sure to come under fire from his opponents inside and outside the party for the Madhani case crisis. KPCC president Ramesh Chennithala had filed the first salvo on Tuesday.Others are likely to follow suit and Kodiyeri will have to explain why he fumbled to arrest Madhani even after CPM general secretary Prakash Karat clarifying that the case against Madhani was not politically motivated

Kerala parties step up Muslim-wooing

Major political parties in Kerala are set to step up efforts at Muslim-wooing in the context of the arrest of Abdul Nasser Madani, key accused in the Bangalore bombings case. The two main political fronts in the State are worried that the arrest could cause serious dents in their Muslim votebanks just when two major elections are coming up.

The CPI(M) is on urgent damage-control measures because it believes a section of the Muslims in Kerala harbours the suspicion that the LDF Government had not sincerely tried to avert the arrest of Madani despite its dramatic moves that delayed the arrest by eight crucial days.

The Congress, heading the Opposition UDF, has already sought to distance itself from the entire Madani arrest issue, convinced that any position it takes would have a negative impact on the front’s electoral prospects because it has taken an anti-PDP stance since Madani’s estrangement with it before the 2006 elections.

Home Minister Kodiyeri Balakrishnan, a CPI(M) Politbureau member, tried hard to convince the Muslims, especially the supporters of Madani, by saying that neither he nor the LDF Government could have avoided the arrest as this was done on the basis of a warrant issued by a court outside Kerala on the charge of terror activity.

He said on the very day of Madani’s arrest that the “warrant on Madani was not executed by the Kerala Police” whom he controlled but this was done by the Karnataka Police, implying obviously that such an incident would not have taken place if it was a Kerala-specific affair. Parties like the BJP have already accused Kodiyeri and the CPI(M) of striking a secret deal with Madani to avoid or delay the arrest.

Even before the arrest, Kodiyeri had played the card of BJP-bashing by saying that the Kerala Government could not act in accordance with the diktats of other states. He said the party ruling Karnataka and Gujarat could have its agendas but the Kerala Government was not duty-bound to obey their orders.

CPI(M)’s State committee member MV Jayarajan said the Karnataka Government had been trying to follow the model of the Gujarat Government with obvious reference to the BJP’s alleged agenda.
The CPI(M) had forged an open alliance with Madani’s party in the last Lok Sabha election and had fielded a candidate of the Islamist leader’s choice in the Ponnani constituency, risking even the warm relationships with the other constituents of the LDF, especially the CPI and RSP. Till date, the CPI(M) has not formally admitted that this association was a mistake despite all the charges against Madani.

Observers expect the pro-Muslim campaign of the CPI(M) with respect to Madani to escalate in the coming days as it could not afford to lose the support of the PDP. “The only section among the Muslims that still supports the Marxists is the Sunni sect of Kanthapuram (AP Aboobacker Musliar). The Marxists have to do everything they can to keep the PDP with them,” said a senior editor of a leading Malayalam daily.

While the Congress is trying to generate a feeling that it does not want to take sides in the Madani issue, the Muslim League, second largest constituent of the UDF, is worried that its inability to defend Madani at the crucial time could affect its interests badly.
At present, a fierce war is on in the Muslim League over the position the party should adopt towards Islamist outfits. The Muslim League has so far not been able to convincingly deny the charge of Madani that it was being ungrateful after taking his support in the 2001 Assembly election.

Flash floods – RSS relief updates and appeal

Hundreds of people killed and thousands are missing and numerous injured in worst ever cloud burst and flash floods in Leh which caused unprecedented destruction in the entire district in general and Leh town in particular. In adverse conditions, Volunteers of Sewa Bharati and RSS have started all-out rescue and relief operations.

Before the people and administration could wake up to the prevailing situation, the natural calamity had caused unprecedented damages everywhere. The district hospital was flooded, bus stands flattened and vehicles were seen floating in the heart of town. The communication equipment of BSNL got completely damaged in the flash floods thereby tying the hands of the administration in starting early relief and rescue operations as damage to the telephone exchange rendered all the mobiles and landline phones useless.

Flooded hospitals, flattened bus stands, washed away houses and floating cars amidst echo of wailing people were all that was left after the flash floods. What to talk of road connectivity with Kargil, the road link of Leh town with adjoining villages got completely snapped as numerous culverts and bridges got washed away in the floods.

Meanwhile RSS training camp (ITC) was under way near Leh when this disaster struck. Suspending the Camp activity, all Swayamseveks immediately rushed at the catastrophe site and started rescue and relief operations immediately. In the meantime the Sewa Bharti J&K through its unit in Leh in cooperation with Ladakh Singhay Chospa has already established a relief operation camp in Leh and is looking after the needs of the affected people.

In Jammu, Sewa Bharati Jammu and Kashmir organised an emergency meeting in which social workers of many organizations attended the meeting to chalk out the strategy to provide immediate relief to the victims of Natural Disaster in Leh. All members paid homage to those who died in this disaster and formed a trust under the Name Ladhak Aapdha Sahayata Samiti to assist the victims and affected families in Leh. Brig. (Retd.) Suchet Singh has been unanimously elected President of this trust. Dr. Kuldeep Gupta will work as secretary and Sh. Abay Pargal will be the treasure of this trust.

As an immediate measure, some cash donations were immediately transferred from Jammu to the group of Swayamsevaks working in Leh. They have purchased whatever relief material they can get form nearby local markets and started distributing them. According to latest report, a relief package of 2000 blankets, a set of utensils for 500 families, 2000 clothes and 500 shoes is on the way and will reach the calamity site any time today. Some injured from Leh who have now arrived at Jammu are also being contacted by Seva Bharati workers to provide them necessary help.

APPEAL for RELIEF -2010

Leh the capital of Ladakh was devastated by two cloud bursts followed by the unprecedented rains. Ladakhthe second largest district after Kutch in Gujrat in terms of area is also known as land of high passes or broken moon. Surrounded by Kunlun mountain range in the North, Himalayas in the South, it is the sparsely populated regions of the J&K State. Renowned for its remote mountain beauty and culture Ladakh has Tibet to the East, Lahul Spiti to its South, Jammu,Kashmir to its West and Kunlun region to its North. Leh also has the distinction of being one of the few remaining abodes of the Budhism in South .Himalayas create a rain shadow denying entry to monsoon clouds. The average rainfall being 90mm. It is with such geographic conditions that houses in Leh and other parts of Ladakh are mostly constructed of mud and mud bricks, which also helps them to maintain heat during the extreme winter months.

Destiny, however, had different designs when on Thursday night there were two cloud bursts in Choglamsar area of Leh which were followed by flash floods resulting into considerable portion of the old Leh town and to the new settlements in Choglamsar area. All this occurred in the dead of night when the people of Ladakh unmindful of the designs of the nature were lost in the world of dreams and were woken up by the roaring sound of the gushing water and cries of their helpless brethren. No one was aware as to what had happened and no one got the time to completely come out of their sleep and act for their safety in absolute darkness. Infact no one can act under such circumstances and before anybody could realise what catastrophe had befallen them they had been washed away or buried under tons of debris.

According to the latest conservative estimates 132 bodies have been recovered so far, more than 600 are missing besides the injured whose number is around 500. The link roads to Leh from Kulu Manali as also National High Way 1D connecting Ladakh to rest of the State and country have been blocked. The Choglamsar was reportedly inhabited by around 150 houses but the cloudbursts and the flash floods have devasted it completely and there is no trace of any inhabitation. This perhaps is the impact of global warming.

The devastation of this magnitude needs restoration on all fronts. On psychological front expression of sympathy and nearness with those who lost their near and dear ones, who lost their belongings etc.,on economic front immediate mitigation of the problems of those who survived the calamity but who lost every bit of their saved and secured future. No help, howsoever, of what-so-ever measure it may be can restore the original peace and tranquillity. The task is gigantic and beyond the competence of one agency or one organisation. The affected people need beddings, clothing, utensils, stores and many items of day to day need. Above all they need a roof over their heads to protect them from the ensuing harsh winter which when comes stays on and on.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

On an average a Family requires at least 4 quilts 4 blankets and equal number of mattresses 4 pillows a big darri. All this material suitable for high altitude places like Leh where the temperature goes below zero degree Celsius during winter months which start from October latest by early November. The approximate cost of these items works out to Rs 6500 per family of four members.

In clothing sweaters, warm shirts, inners, jeans/warm trousers, jackets are required. The average cost works out to around Rs.8000.

As regards utensils the minimum requirements are one pressure cooker of at least 5 Lts capacity, 6 plates for lunch/dinner, 6 glasses, 6 katori, 2 patila with lids, 2 buckets per family. The approximate cost works out to around Rs.2000.

The cost of constructing dwelling units comprising 2 rooms (one room 12*12 and the other one 12*15 including kitchen) in mud with tin roof will cost approximately Rs. 2-2.25 lac without labour component for which we intend to involve the beneficiary. The estimates are only tentative and may vary depending upon the requirements of the site. Similarly the requirement is based on an assumption of 4 member family the factual position can be assessed only after the connectivity is restored. In the meantime the Sewa Bharti J&K through its unit in Leh in cooperation with Ladakh Singhay Chospa has already established a relief operation camp in Leh and is looking after the needs of the beneficiaries.

As already stated the task is gigantic in nature and surmountable only when we move together in the specified direction with a cause for our brethren who suffered the nature’s fury for no fault of theirs. Bangalore VSK: RSS Sarasanghachalak Sri Mohanji Bhagwat hoisted the National Flag on the occasion of 64^th Independence Day today at Bangalore. At 9am in the premises of Rashtrottha Parishat – an RSS affiliated seva organization near Chamarajpet Bangalore Karnataka. Mohanji Bhagwat offered salute to the tricolor after hoisting. Though people are independent they need to focus more on self-discipline (Anushasan) to make a society which is highly healthier.”

From 1857 to 1947; these 90 years are period of extreme struggle (sangharsh) and which was successful to achieve independence. After obtaining independence one should realize that independence is a responsibility. Each citizen of this nation individually has this responsibility. Being a democratic nation responsibility is to be shared individually by all and should not merely finger each time at government or politicians only.”

“Meanwhile one has to understand the meaning and importance of the term ‘swathanthrya’a and what ‘swa’ stands for? What is the importance of tricolor and Ashok chakra or dharma chakra in represented in national flag? Saffron represents sacrifice (thyaag) and knowledge (jnaan); white for peace (shanti) and purity (nirmalata) and green symbolizes prosperity(samruddhi). A nation requires all these 3 aspects equally from every citizen hence one need to focus on the self-contribution to the nation in these 3 aspects in each sector of life.”

“We became independent in 1947. Rulers were changed. Now we have democracy and we are republic. We got independence to make our society stronger and prosper in every aspect. Our works and duties should focus on overall prosperity of the nation. To bring all positive changes required to make our country superior and stronger; all of us should think and work towards it” Bhagwat opinioned.

ವಿಶ್ವ ಮಂಗಲ ಗೋ ಗ್ರಾಮ ಯಾತ್ರೆ : ಗೋವಂಶ ರಕ್ಷಣೆ ಮತ್ತು ಗ್ರಾಮಾಭಿವೃದ್ಧಿಯ ಸಾರ್ಥಕ ಪ್ರಯತ್ನ

ಪೂಜ್ಯ ಸಾಧು-ಸಂತರು ವಿಶ್ವ ಮಂಗಲ ಗೋ ಗ್ರಾಮ ಯಾತ್ರೆಯನ್ನು ಯಶಸ್ವಿಯಾಗಿ ಆಯೋಜಿಸಿದ್ದಕ್ಕಾಗಿ ಅ. ಭಾ. ಪ್ರತಿನಿ ಸಭೆಯು ದೇಶಾದ್ಯಂತದ ಎಲ್ಲ ಸಾಧು-ಸಂತರಿಗೆ ಕೃತಜ್ಞತೆ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸುತ್ತದೆ. ಅಲ್ಲದೆ ಈ ಯಾತ್ರೆಗೆ ದೊರಕಿದ ಅಪೂರ್ವ ಜನ-ಸಹಕಾರಕ್ಕಾಗಿ ದೇಶದ ಜನತೆ ಹಾಗೂ ವಿವಿಧ ಸಾಮಾಜಿಕ ಮತ್ತು ಸಾಂಸ್ಕೃತಿಕ ಸಂಘಟನೆಗಳನ್ನು ಹಾರ್ದಿಕವಾಗಿ ಅಭಿನಂದಿಸುತ್ತದೆ. ಅಭಿವೃದ್ಧಿಯ ಇಂದಿನ ಪರಿಕಲ್ಪನೆಯಿಂದ ಪರ್ಯಾವರಣಕ್ಕೆ ಆಗುತ್ತಿರುವ ಹಾನಿಯ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಇಂದು ಇಡೀ ಜಗತ್ತು ಗಂಭೀರವಾಗಿ ಚಿಂತಿಸುತ್ತಿರುವಾಗ, ಈ ಯಾತ್ರೆಯು ಪ್ರಕೃತಿಗೆ ಅನುಕೂಲವಾದ ಮತ್ತು ಗೋವಂಶ ಮತ್ತು ಗ್ರಾಮ ಕೇಂದ್ರಿತ ಅಭಿವೃದ್ಧಿಯ ಪರ್ಯಾಯ ಕಾರ್ಯ ಯೋಜನೆಯನ್ನು ಜಾರಿಗೊಳಿಸುವ ಅವಶ್ಯಕತೆಗೆ ಪುನಃ ಒತ್ತು ನೀಡಿದೆ.

೨೮ ಸೆಪ್ಟೆಂಬರ್ ೨೦೦೯ ರಿಂದ ೧೭ ಜನವರಿ ೨೦೧೦ ರ ನಡುವೆ ಆಯೋಜಿಸಿದ್ದ ಈ ಯಾತ್ರೆಯ ಮುಖ್ಯ ಮತ್ತು ಉಪಯಾತ್ರೆಗಳಿಗೆ ಒಳಪಟ್ಟು ದೇಶದ ೪. ೧೧ ಲಕ್ಷ ಗ್ರಾಮಗಳನ್ನು ಸಂಪರ್ಕಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ. ಒಟ್ಟು ೨. ೩೪ ಲಕ್ಷ ಸ್ಥಳಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ನಡೆದ ಸಭೆಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಸುಮಾರು ಒಂದೂವರೆ ಕೋಟಿ ಜನ ಭಾಗವಹಿಸಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಗೋವಂಶ ರಕ್ಷಣೆಯ ಬೇಡಿಕೆಯನ್ನು ಬೆಂಬಲಿಸಿ ಸುಮಾರು ಎಂಟೂವರೆ ಕೋಟಿ ಜನ ಸಹಿ ಮಾಡಿದ್ದು, ಅದರಲ್ಲಿ ಎಲ್ಲ ಮತ-ಪಂಥಗಳಿಗೆ ಸೇರಿದ ಜನರ ಸಹಿತ ಭಾರೀ ಸಂಖ್ಯೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ವಿವಿಧ ಪಕ್ಷಗಳ ಸಾಂಸದರು ಮತ್ತು ಶಾಸಕರೂ ಇದ್ದಾರೆ. ಗೋವಂಶ ರಕ್ಷಣೆಯ ಪರವಾಗಿ ಅದೆಷ್ಟು ವ್ಯಾಪಕ ಜನಬೆಂಬಲವಿದೆ ಎಂಬುದು ಈ ವಿಶಾಲ ಸಹಿಸಂಗ್ರಹ ಅಭಿಯಾನದಿಂದ ನಿಚ್ಚಳವಾಗಿದೆ ಎಂದು ಪ್ರತಿನಿ ಸಭೆ ಭಾವಿಸಿದೆ. ಕೇಂದ್ರ ಮತ್ತು ರಾಜ್ಯ ಸರಕಾರಗಳು ಗೋವಂಶ ರಕ್ಷಣೆ ಮತ್ತು ಗೋ-ಕೇಂದ್ರಿತ ಗ್ರಾಮಾಭಿವೃದ್ಧಿಯ ವ್ಯಾಪಕ ಕಾರ್ಯಯೋಜನೆಯನ್ನು ಜಾರಿಗೊಳಿಸಲು ಕ್ರಮ ಕೈಗೊಳ್ಳಬೇಕು ಎಂದು ಅವುಗಳ ಹೊಣೆಗಾರಿಕೆಯನ್ನು ಒತ್ತಿ ಹೇಳುತ್ತದೆ.

ರಾಸಾಯನಿಕ ಕೃಷಿಯಿಂದ ಲಾಭವಿಲ್ಲದಿರುವುದು, ಆರೋಗ್ಯಕ್ಕೆ ಹಾನಿ ಹಾಗೂ ಅದರಿಂದ ಭೂಮಿ ಬಂಜರಾಗುತ್ತಿರುವುದು, ಗ್ರಾಮಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಶಿಕ್ಷಣ-ಚಿಕಿತ್ಸೆಗಳಂತಹ ಜೀವನದ ಮೂಲ ಸೌಕರ್ಯಗಳ ಅಭಾವ ಮತ್ತು ನೀರಾವರಿಗೆ ನೀರಿನ ಕೊರತೆ ಇತ್ಯಾದಿ ಕಾರಣಗಳಿಂದ ಗ್ರಾಮಗಳಿಂದ ವಲಸೆಯ ದೃಷ್ಟಿಯಿಂದ ಗ್ರಾಮಾಭಿವೃದ್ಧಿಗೆ ಮೊದಲ ಆದ್ಯತೆಯಿರಬೇಕಾಗುತ್ತದೆ. ಇದಕ್ಕಾಗಿ ಸರಕಾರಗಳು ಗ್ರಾಮಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಉಚ್ಚ ಗುಣಮಟ್ಟದ ಶಿಕ್ಷಣ, ಚಿಕಿತ್ಸೆ, ಸಾರಿಗೆ ಇತ್ಯಾದಿ ಸೌಕರ್ಯಗಳ ವಿಸ್ತರಣೆ ಹಾಗೂ ಗುಡಿಕೈಗಾರಿಕೆ, ಸಣ್ಣ ಉದ್ದಿಮೆ ಮತ್ತು ಗ್ರಾಮೋದ್ಯೋಗಗಳ ಮೂಲಕ ಉದ್ಯೋಗಗಳ ಅವಕಾಶಗಳನ್ನು ಅಭಿವೃದ್ಧಿಗೊಳಿಸಬೇಕು. ಸಮತೋಲದ ಬೆಳೆ ಚಕ್ರ, ಜೈವಿಕ, ಪ್ರಾಕೃತಿಕ ಮತ್ತು ಪರ್ಯಾವರಣ ಪೋಷಕವಾದ ಕೃಷಿ, ಪಾರಂಪರಿಕ ಜಲ ಸ್ರೋತಗಳು ಮತ್ತು ನವೀಕರಿಸಬಲ್ಲ ಇಂಧನ ಸ್ರೋತಗಳ ಅಭಿವೃದ್ದಿಯ ಮೂಲಕವೇ ಸ್ವಾವಲಂಬಿ ಗ್ರಾಮ ವ್ಯವಸ್ಥೆಯಿಂದ ಆರ್ಥಿಕ ಮತ್ತು ಪರ್ಯಾವರಣದ ವಿಪತ್ತುಗಳ ಸಂಪೂರ್ಣ ಪರಿಹಾರ ಸಾಧ್ಯವಿದೆ. ಇದಕ್ಕಾಗಿ ಗ್ರಾಮಗಳ ಭೂ-ಸಂಪತ್ತು, ಜಲಸಂಪತ್ತು, ಗೋ ಸಂಪತ್ತು ಮತ್ತಿತರ ಜೀವ ಸಂಪತ್ತಿನ ರಕ್ಷಣೆ ಮತ್ತು ಸಮಗ್ರ ಅಭಿವೃದ್ಧಿಯ ನಿಟ್ಟಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಶೀಘ್ರವೇ ಕ್ರಮ ಕೈಗೊಳ್ಳಬೇಕಾಗಿದೆ. ಅಲ್ಲದೆ ದೇಶವು ಖಾದ್ಯ ವಸ್ತುಗಳ ವಿಷಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಸ್ವಾವಲಂಬಿಯಾಗಿರಲು ಕೃಷಿಭೂಮಿಯ ವಿಸ್ತೀರ್ಣ ಕಡಿಮೆಯಾಗದಿರುವು ದನ್ನು ಖಚಿತಪಡಿಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳಬೇಕು. ಪಂಚಗವ್ಯದಿಂದ ನಿತ್ಯದ ಬಳಕೆಗೆ ವಿವಿಧ ಉತ್ಪಾದನೆಗಳು ಮತ್ತು ಔಷಗಳನ್ನು ತಯಾರಿಸುವುದರಿಂದ ಗ್ರಾಮೀಣ ಜನರ ಆದಾಯ ವೃದ್ಧಿಸಬಹುದು. ಇದೇ ರೀತಿ ಸೆಗಣಿ ಅನಿಲ ಮತ್ತು ಎತ್ತು-ಚಾಲಿತ ಇಂಧನ ಉತ್ಪಾದನಾ ಸಂಯಂತ್ರಗಳಿಂದ ಇಂಧನ ಅವಶ್ಯಕತೆಗಳು ಪೂರೈಸಬಲ್ಲವು . ಗೋಕೇಂದ್ರಿತ ಗ್ರಾಮಾಭಿವೃದ್ಧಿಯಿಂದ ಗ್ರಾಮಗಳನ್ನು ಸಮೃದ್ಧಿಯ ಕಡೆ ಒಯ್ಯಬಹುದಾಗಿದೆ. ಆದ್ದರಿಂದ ಈ ಸಂಪೂರ್ಣ ಗೋ ಆಧಾರಿತ ವಿಜ್ಞಾನ ಮತ್ತು ಉದ್ದಿಮೆಗಳ ಸಂಶೋಧನೆಯ ವ್ಯಾಪಕ ಪ್ರಸಾರ ಹಾಗೂ ಪಠ್ಯಕ್ರಮದಲ್ಲಿ ಸೇರ್ಪಡೆ ಆಗಬೇಕಾಗಿದೆ.

ಭಾರತದಲ್ಲಿ ಕಳೆದ ಕೆಲವು ವರ್ಷಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಸಾಮಾಜಿಕ ಕಾರ್ಯಕರ್ತರು ಮತ್ತು ವಿಜ್ಞಾನಿಗಳು ಈ ನಿಟ್ಟಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಉಲ್ಲೇಖನೀಯ ಕಾರ್ಯ ಮಾಡಿದ್ದು, ಅದರಿಂದಾಗಿ ಗೋಶಾಲೆಗಳ ಪಾರಂಪರಿಕ ಉತ್ಪಾದನೆಗಳೊಂದಿಗೇ ಪಂಚಗವ್ಯ ಆಧಾರಿತ ವಿವಿಧ ನೂತನ ಉತ್ಪಾದನೆಗಳು ಮತ್ತು ಉಪಕರಣಗಳ ಅಭಿವೃದ್ಧಿಗೂ ಯತ್ನಿಸಲಾಗುತ್ತಿದೆ. ಭಾರತೀಯ ಮೂಲದ ಗೋವಂಶದ ಅದ್ಭುತ ಗುಣಗಳ ದೃಷ್ಟಿಯಿಂದ ಅದರ ರಕ್ಷಣೆ, ಅಭಿವೃದ್ಧಿ ಮತ್ತು ತಳಿ ಸುಧಾರಣೆಯ ಪ್ರಯತ್ನವು ಬಹು ಲಾಭಕರವಾಗಿದೆ ಎಂಬುದೂ ಇವೆಲ್ಲ ಪ್ರಯತ್ನಗಳಿಂದ ವಿಶದಗೊಳ್ಳುತ್ತದೆ. ಇವೆಲ್ಲ ಪ್ರಯತ್ನಗಳನ್ನು ಅಕ ಸುವ್ಯವಸ್ಥಿತ ಮತ್ತು ಸಂಘಟಿತಗೊಳಿಸುವ ಅವಶ್ಯಕತೆಯಿದೆ ಎಂಬುದು ಪ್ರತಿನಿ ಸಭೆಯ ಅಭಿಪ್ರಾಯ. ಕೆಲವು ಪ್ರಾಂತಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಜೈವಿಕ ಕೃಷಿಯ ನಿಟ್ಟಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಮಾಡಲಾಗುತ್ತಿರುವ ಆರಂಭಿಕ ಪ್ರಯತ್ನಗಳನ್ನು ಮತ್ತಷ್ಟು ವ್ಯಾಪಕಗೊಳಿಸಬೇಕು. ಗೋಶಾಲೆಗಳಿಗೆ ಪ್ರತಿ ಗೋವು , ಪ್ರತಿದಿನದ ದರದಲ್ಲಿ ನೀಡಬೇಕಾದ ಅನುದಾನದ ಕುರಿತು ಪಂಜಾಬ್ ಮತ್ತು ಹರಿಯಾಣ ಉಚ್ಚ ನ್ಯಾಯಾಲಯದ ತೀರ್ಪು ಸಹ ಎಲ್ಲ ರಾಜ್ಯಗಳಿಗೆ ಗೋವಂಶ ರಕ್ಷಣೆಯ ನಿಟ್ಟಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಒಂದು ಅನುಸರಣೀಯ ಕ್ರಮವಾದೀತು.

ನಮ್ಮ ಸಂವಿಧಾನದ ನೀತಿ ನಿರ್ದೇಶಕ ತತ್ತ್ವಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಗೋಹತ್ಯೆಯನ್ನು ತಡೆಗಟ್ಟುವ ನಿರ್ದೇಶದೊಂದಿಗೇ ಪರ್ಯಾವರಣ, ಜಲಸ್ರೋಪಗಳು ಮತ್ತು ವನ್ಯಜೀವಿಗಳ ಸಂರಕ್ಷಣೆ ಮತ್ತು ಸಂವರ್ಧನೆಯನ್ನು ಸರಕಾರ ಮತ್ತು ಜನರ ಕರ್ತವ್ಯವೆಂದು ತಿಳಿಸಿ, ಪ್ರಾಣಿ ಸಂಕುಲದ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಕರುಣೆಯ ನಿರ್ದೇಶ ನೀಡಲಾಗಿದೆ. ಗುಜರಾತ್ ಸರಕಾರವು ಸಂಪೂರ್ಣ ಗೋವಂಶ ಹತ್ಯೆಯನ್ನು ನಿಷೇಸಲು ಮಾಡಿದ್ದ ಕಾನೂನನ್ನು ಸರ್ವೋಚ್ಚ ನ್ಯಾಯಾಲಯದ ಏಳು ಸದಸ್ಯರ ಪೀಠವು ತನ್ನ ೨೦೦೫ರ ಐತಿಹಾಸಿಕ ತೀರ್ಪಿನಿಂದ ಸಮರ್ಥಿಸಿ ಈ ನೀತಿ ನಿರ್ದೇಶಕ ತತ್ವವನ್ನು ಬಲಗೊಳಿಸಿದೆ. ಇಂದು ಗೋವಂಶ ರಕ್ಷಣೆಯ ಕಾನೂನಿರುವ ರಾಜ್ಯಗಳು ಅವುಗಳನ್ನು ಮತ್ತಷ್ಟು ಪ್ರಭಾವಿಗೊಳಿಸಿ ಅವುಗಳನ್ನು ಬಿಗುವಾಗಿ ಜಾರಿಗೊಳಿಸಬೇಕು. ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ಸರಕಾರವು ಇತ್ತೀಚೆಗೆ ಮಂಡಿಸಿದ ಗೋರಕ್ಷಣೆ ಕುರಿತ ವಿಧೇಯಕವು ಎಲ್ಲ ರಾಜ್ಯಗಳಿಗೆ ಅನುಸರಣೀಯ ಪ್ರಾರೂಪವೆನಿಸಿದೆ. ಕೇಂದ್ರ ಸರಕಾರವೂ ಗೋವಂಶದ ಮಾಂಸ-ರಫ್ತಿಗೆ ನೀಡುತ್ತಿರುವ ಅನುದಾನವನ್ನು ಕೊನೆಗೊಳಿಸಿ ಅದರ ರಫ್ತು ಮತ್ತು ಗೋಹತ್ಯೆಯ ಮೇಲೆ ಪೂರ್ಣ ಪ್ರತಿಬಂಧ ವಿಸಬೇಕು.

ಸಂವಿಧಾನದ ನೀತಿ ನಿರ್ದೇಶಕ ತತ್ವಗಳು, ಸರ್ವೋಚ್ಚ ನ್ಯಾಯಾಲಯದ ತೀರ್ಪು ಹಾಗೂ ವಿಶ್ವ ಮಂಗಲ ಗೋಗ್ರಾಮ ಯಾತ್ರೆಯಿಂದಾದ ಜನ ಭಾವನೆಗಳ ಪ್ರಬಲ ಪ್ರಕಟೀಕರಣದ ಬಳಿಕವೂ , ಕೇಂದ್ರ ಮತ್ತು ರಾಜ್ಯ ಸರ್ಕಾರಗಳು ತಮ್ಮ ಕರ್ತವ್ಯವನ್ನು ನಿರ್ವಹಿಸದಿದ್ದರೆ, ಇದು ಪ್ರಜಾತಂತ್ರ ಮತ್ತು ಸಂವಿಧಾನದ ಭಾವನೆಗಳ ಅಕ್ಷಮ್ಯ ಅವಹೇಳನೆಯಾದೀತು ಎಂಬುದು ಅ. ಭಾ. ಪ್ರತಿನಿ ಸಭೆಯ ಸ್ಪಷ್ಟ ಅಭಿಪ್ರಾಯ. ಪ್ರತಿನಿ ಸಭೆಯು ಕೇಂದ್ರ ಮತ್ತು ಎಲ್ಲ ರಾಜ್ಯ ಸರಕಾರಗಳಿಗೆ ಕೆಳಕಂಡಂತೆ ಆಗ್ರಹಿಸುತ್ತದೆ-

೧. ಸಂಪೂರ್ಣ ಗೋವಂಶ ಹತ್ಯೆ ನಿಷೇಧ ಕಾನೂನಿನ ವಿಧೇಯಕವನ್ನು ರಚಿಸಿ, ಅದರ ಪ್ರಭಾವೀ ಜಾರಿಯ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಗಮನಿಸಿ ನೆರೆದೇಶಗಳಿಗೂ ಆಗುತ್ತಿರುವ ಗೋವಂಶದ ರಫ್ತು ಮತ್ತು ಕಳ್ಳಸಾಗಣೆಯನ್ನು ತಡೆಗಟ್ಟಲು ಪ್ರಭಾವೀ ಕ್ರಮಗಳನ್ನು ಕೈಗೊಳ್ಳಬೇಕು.

೨. ಭಾರತೀಯ ತಳಿಯ ಗೋವಂಶವನ್ನು ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರೀಯ ಸಂಪತ್ತೆಂದು ಘೋಷಿಸಿ, ಅದರ ತಳಿ ಶುದ್ಧತೆಯನ್ನು ಕಾಪಾಡಲು ಸಾಧ್ಯವಾದ ಎಲ್ಲ ಕ್ರಮಗಳನ್ನೂ ಕೈಗೊಳ್ಳಬೇಕು.

೩. ಗೋಶಾಲೆಗಳು, ದೇಶೀ ಗೋವಂಶ, ಗೋಚರ ಭೂಮಿ, ಸೆಗಣಿ ಅನಿಲ ಜನಿತ ಮತ್ತು ಎತ್ತು-ಚಾಲಿತ ಇಂಧನ ಉತ್ಪಾದನೆ, ಜೈವಿಕ ಮತ್ತು ಪ್ರಾಕೃತಿಕ ಕೃಷಿ ಮತ್ತು ಪಂಚಗವ್ಯ ಚಿಕಿತ್ಸೆಯಂತಹ ಗೋ-ಸಂವರ್ಧನೆಯ ವಿವಿಧ ಆಯಾಮಗಳ ಅಭಿವೃದ್ಧಿಗೆ ಕ್ರಮಗಳನ್ನು ಕೈಗೊಳ್ಳಬೇಕು.

೪. ದೇಶದ ಗ್ರಾಮಗಳು ಸ್ವಾವಲಂಬಿ ಮತ್ತು ಸಮೃದ್ಧಗೊಳ್ಳಲು ಅಲ್ಲಿ ಶಿಕ್ಷಣ, ಚಿಕಿತ್ಸೆ, ಸಾರಿಗೆ ಇತ್ಯಾದಿ ಸಾಕಷ್ಟು ಸೌಕರ್ಯಗಳನ್ನು ದೊರಕಿಸಬೇಕು ಹಾಗೂ ಭೂ ಮತ್ತು ಜಲಸಂರಕ್ಷಣೆಯ ಎಲ್ಲ ಉಪಾಯಗಳ ಸಹಿತ ಗ್ರಾಮೋದ್ಯೋಗಗಳು ಮತ್ತು ಇಂಧನದ ನವೀಕರಿಸಬಲ್ಲ ಸಂಪನ್ಮೂಲಗಳನ್ನು ಪ್ರಚಾರಗೊಳಿಸಲು ಮತ್ತು ಅಭಿವೃದ್ಧಿ ಗೊಳಿಸಲು ಪ್ರಯತ್ನಿಸಬೇಕು.

ಗ್ರಾಮಾಭಿವೃದ್ಧಿ ಮತ್ತು ಗೋವಂಶದ ರಕ್ಷಣೆಗಾಗಿ ಈ ಯಾತ್ರೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ನೀಡಲಾಗಿರುವ ‘ನಡೆಯೋಣ ಗ್ರಾಮಗಳ ಕಡೆಗೆ, ನಡೆಯೋಣ ಗೋವಿನ ಕಡೆಗೆ ಮತ್ತು ನಡೆಯೋಣ ಪ್ರಕೃತಿಯ ಕಡೆಗೆ’ ಎಂಬ ಸಂದೇಶವನ್ನು ಸಕ್ರಿಯವಾಗಿ ಕಾರ್ಯರೂಪಕ್ಕೆ ತಂದು ಸಾರ್ಥಕಗೊಳಿಸಬೇಕೆಂದು ಅ. ಭಾ. ಪ್ರತಿನಿ ಸಭೆಯು ಸಮಸ್ತ ದೇಶವಾಸಿಗಳು ಮತ್ತು ವಿಶೇಷವಾಗಿ ಸ್ವಯಂಸೇವಕರಿಗೆ ಕರೆ ನೀಡುತ್ತದೆ.

ಜಮ್ಮೂ-ಕಾಶ್ಮೀರ : ಶಾಶ್ವತ ಪರಿಹಾರಕ್ಕಾಗಿ ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರೀಯ ಸರ್ವಾನುಮತವನ್ನು ಗೌರವಿಸಬೇಕು

ಕಳೆದ ಕೆಲವು ವರ್ಷಗಳಿಂದ ಜಮ್ಮೂ-ಕಾಶ್ಮೀರ ರಾಜ್ಯದ ಪರಿಸ್ಥಿತಿಯು ದಿಕ್ಕೆಟ್ಟು ಹೋಗುತ್ತಿರುವುದರ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಅ. ಭಾ. ಪ್ರತಿನಿ ಸಭೆಯು ಕಳವಳ ವ್ಯಕ್ತಪಡಿಸುತ್ತದೆ. ರಾಜ್ಯ ಮತ್ತು ಕೇಂದ್ರ ಸರಕಾರಗಳು ಕೈಗೊಂಡಿರುವ ಕ್ರಮಗಳು ಅದನ್ನು ಮತ್ತಷ್ಟು ಸ್ವಾಯತ್ತತೆ ಮತ್ತು ಪ್ರತ್ಯೇಕತಾವಾದದ ಕಡೆ ತಳ್ಳುತ್ತಿವೆ.

ಅ. ಭಾ. ಪ್ರ. ಸಭೆಯು ಜಮ್ಮೂ-ಕಾಶ್ಮೀರ ಸರಕಾರದ ಪ್ರಜಾತಂತ್ರವಿರೋ, ಪರಿಶಿಷ್ಟ ಜಾತಿ ವಿರೋ, ಮಾನವಾಕಾರ ವಿರೋ ಮಹಿಳಾ ವಿರೋ ಮತ್ತು ಪ್ರತ್ಯೇಕತಾವಾದ ಬೆಂಬಲಿಸುವ ಮಾನಸಿಕತೆಯನ್ನು ಬಲವಾಗಿ ಖಂಡಿಸುತ್ತದೆ. ಸರಕಾರವು ವಿಧಾನಸಭೆಯಂತಹ ಪ್ರಜಾತಾಂತ್ರಿಕ ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಗಳನ್ನು ನಿರ್ಲಜ್ಜವಾಗಿ ದುರುಪಯೋಗಿಸುತ್ತ ಕೆಲವು ರಾಜಕೀಯ ಪಕ್ಷಗಳ ಜೊತೆಗೂಡಿ ರಾಜ್ಯದ ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರಭಕ್ತ ಜನತೆಯ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ದ್ವೇಷದ ರಾಜಕಾರಣ ನಡೆಸುತ್ತಿರುವುದು ಒಂದು ವಿಡಂಬನೆಯಾಗಿದೆ. ಕಾಶ್ಮೀರಿ ಪಂಡಿತರ ಸುರಕ್ಷಿತ, ಗೌರವಯುತ ಹಾಗೂ ಘನತೆಯಿಂದ ಹಿಂತಿರುಗುವ ಯಾವ ಸಾಧ್ಯತೆಯೂ ಕಾಣದಿರುವುದರಿಂದ ಅವರ ವೇದನೆಗಳಿಗೆ ಕೊನೆಯೇನೂ ತೋರುತ್ತಿಲ್ಲ,. ಪಶ್ಚಿಮ ಪಾಕಿಸ್ತಾನದಿಂದ ಬಂದಿರುವ ಎರಡು ಲಕ್ಷ ನಿರ್ವಸಿತರು, ಛಂಬ್‌ನಿಂದ ನಿರ್ವಸಿತರಾದ ಒಂದು ಲಕ್ಷ ಜನ ಹಾಗೂ ಪಾಕ್ ಆಕ್ರಮಿತ ಕಾಶ್ಮೀರದಿಂದ ಬಂದಿರುವ ಎಂಟು ಲಕ್ಷ ನಿರ್ವಸಿತರು ಇಂದಿಗೂ ದಶಕಗಳ ನಿರ್ಲಕ್ಷ್ಯ ಮತ್ತು ಮೂಲಭೂತ ಅಕಾರಗಳಿಂದ ವಂಚಿತರಾಗಿ ಯಾತನೆಪಡುತ್ತಿದ್ದಾರೆ.

ರಾಜ್ಯದ ಪರಿಶಿಷ್ಟ ಜಾತಿಯ ಹಿಂದುಗಳು ದೀರ್ಘ ಕಾನೂನು ಸಂಘರ್ಷದ ಬಳಿಕವೇ ಮೀಸಲಾತಿಯ ಅಕಾರ ಗಳಿಸಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಈಗ ರಾಜ್ಯ ಸರಕಾರವು ಅವರ ಈ ಕಾನೂನುಪ್ರಾಪ್ತ ಅಕಾರಗಳನ್ನು ಹಿಂದಿನ ಬಾಗಿಲಿನಿಂದ ಕಸಿದುಕೊಳ್ಳಲು ಕಾನೂನು ರಚಿಸುತ್ತಿದ್ದು, ಅದರಿಂದಾಗಿ ಜಮ್ಮೂಕ್ಷೇತ್ರದ ಪರಿಶಿಷ್ಟ ಜಾತಿಗಳವರು ಕಣಿವೆಯ ಮೀಸಲಾತಿಯಿಂದ ಲಾಭ ಪಡೆಯಲು ಸಾಧ್ಯವಾಗದು.

ರಾಜಕೀಯ ಪ್ರಭುತ್ವವು ಪ್ರತ್ಯೇಕತಾವಾದಿ ಶಕ್ತಿಗಳನ್ನು ಪ್ರೋತ್ಸಾಹಿಸಲು ಪ್ರಜಾತಾಂತ್ರಿಕ ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಗಳನ್ನು ದುರುಪಯೋಗಿಸುತ್ತಿದೆ. ಅದು ೨೦ ವರ್ಷಗಳ ಹಿಂದೆ ಪಾಕಿಸ್ತಾನಕ್ಕೆ ಹೋಗಿದ್ದ ಭಯೋತ್ಪಾದಕರನ್ನು ಪುನರ್ವಾಸದ ನಿರ್ಣಯದೊಂದಿಗೆ ಮರಳಿ ತರುವಂತಹ ‘ಶರಣಾಗತಿ ಧೋರಣೆ’ಯ ಮಾತನ್ನಾಡುತ್ತಿದೆ. ಆ ಮೃತಪ್ರಾಯವಾದ ವಿಧೇಯಕವನ್ನು -ಪರ್ಮನೆಂಟ್ ರೆಸಿಡೆಂಟ್ ಸರ್ಟಿಫಿಕೇಟ್ (ಡಿಸ್‌ಕ್ವಾಲಿಪಿಕೇಶನ್) ಬಿಲ್- ಪುನರ್ಜೀವಿತ ಗೊಳಿಸುವ ಮಾತನ್ನಾಡುತ್ತಿದ್ದು, ಅದರ ಪ್ರಕಾರ ಉಳಿದ ಭಾರತದ ಯಾವೊಬ್ಬ ವ್ಯಕ್ತಿಯನ್ನೂ ವಿವಾಹವಾಗುವ ಮಹಿಳೆಯರ ನಾಗರಿಕತ್ವವನ್ನು ಕೊನೆಗೊಳಿಸಲಾಗುವುದು. ಇಂತಹ ಕ್ರಮವು ಕೇವಲ ಮಹಿಳೆಯರ ಮೂಲ ಅಕಾರಗಳ ವಿರುದ್ಧವಷ್ಟೇ ಅಲ್ಲ, ಅಂತಾರಾಷ್ಟ್ರೀಯ ಮಾನ್ಯತೆಗಳ (ಇಟ್ಞqಛ್ಞಿಠಿಜಿಟ್ಞo) ಉಲ್ಲಂಘನೆಯೂ ಆಗಿದೆ.

ಅ. ಭಾ. ಪ್ರ. ಸಭೆಯು ಕಾಶ್ಮೀರ ಸಮಸ್ಯೆಯ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಕೇಂದ್ರ ಸರಕಾರದ ದೃಷ್ಟಿಕೋನ ಮತ್ತು ಕ್ರಮಗಳನ್ನು ಖಂಡಿಸುತ್ತದೆ. ಇವುಗಳಿಂದ ಜಮ್ಮು-ಕಾಶ್ಮೀರ ಸರಕಾರದ ಒಳಗಿನ ಮತ್ತು ಹೊರಗಿನ ಪ್ರತ್ಯೇಕತಾವಾದಿ ಶಕ್ತಿಗಳಿಗೇ ಸಹಾಯವಾಗಿದೆ. ಪ್ರಧಾನಿಯು ರಚಿಸಿದ ಕಾರ್ಯಪಡೆಯ ಅಧ್ಯಕ್ಷ ಜಸ್ಟೀಸ್ ಸಗೀರ್ ಅಹ್ಮದ್ ಅವರ ವರದಿಯು ೩೭೦ ನೇ ವಿಯನ್ನು ಶಾಶ್ವತಗೊಳಿಸುವ, ರಾಜ್ಯ ವಿಧಾನಸಭೆಯಿಂದ ರಾಜ್ಯಪಾಲರ ಚುನಾವಣೆ ಹಾಗೂ ರಾಜ್ಯಕ್ಕೆ ಹೆಚ್ಚಿನ ಸ್ವಾಯತ್ತತೆ ನೀಡುವಂತಹ ವಿಷಯಗಳಿಗೆ ಬಹಿರಂಗ ಬೆಂಬಲದಿಂದ ಪ್ರತ್ಯೇಕತಾವಾದಿ ಸ್ವರಗಳಿಗೇ ಬಲ ನೀಡುತ್ತದೆ.

ಜಮ್ಮೂ-ಕಾಶ್ಮೀರ ಸಮಸ್ಯೆಯು “ಒಂದು ವಿಶಿಷ್ಟ ರಾಜಕೀಯ ಸಮಸ್ಯೆಯಾಗಿದ್ದು ಅದರ ವಿಶೇಷ ಪರಿಹಾರದ ಅವಶ್ಯಕತೆಯಿದೆ” ಎಂಬ ಕೇಂದ್ರ ಗೃಹಮಂತ್ರಿಯ ಹೇಳಿಕೆಯಿಂದ ಅದರಲ್ಲಡಗಿದ ಭ್ರಮೆ ಮತ್ತು ಪರಿಸ್ಥಿತಿಯ ಅಲ್ಪಜ್ಞತೆಯ ಅರಿವಾಗುತ್ತದೆ. ಜಮ್ಮೂ-ಕಾಶ್ಮೀರ ಸಮಸ್ಯೆಯು ಮೂಲತಃ ಗಡಿಯಾಚೆಯ ಪಾಕಿಸ್ತಾನದ ಪ್ರೋತ್ಸಾಹ ಮತ್ತು ಸಹಕಾರದಿಂದ ನಡೆಯುತ್ತಿರುವ ಪ್ರತ್ಯೇಕತಾವಾದವೆಂದು ಪ್ರತಿನಿ ಸಭೆಯು ಒತ್ತಿ ಹೇಳುತ್ತದೆ. ಇದರೊಂದಿಗೆ ಕಠಿಣವಾಗಿ ವ್ಯವಹರಿಸಬೇಕು. ಕೇಂದ್ರ ಸರಕಾರವು ಈ ಸಮಸ್ಯೆಯನ್ನು ‘ಸದ್ದಿಲ್ಲದ ಕೂಟನೀತಿ’ (ಕ್ಠಿಜಿಛಿಠಿ bಜಿmಟಞZqs)ಯ ಮೂಲಕ ಪರಿಹರಿಸಲು ಇಚ್ಛಿಸುತ್ತಿರುವುದು ದುರ್ಭಾಗ್ಯಕರ. ಸರಕಾರವು ಜಮ್ಮೂ-ಕಾಶ್ಮೀರದ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಪಾರದರ್ಶಕವಾಗಿ ವರ್ತಿಸಬೇಕೆಂದು ಪ್ರತಿನಿ ಸಭೆಯು ಆಗ್ರಹಿಸುತ್ತದೆ.

ಕೇಂದ್ರ ಸಕಾರದ ದುರ್ಬಲ ಧೋರಣೆಯಿಂದ ಪ್ರತ್ಯೇಕತಾವಾದಿಗಳು ಮತ್ತು ಅವರ ಆಕಾಂಕ್ಷೆಗಳ ಮನೋಬಲವನ್ನು ರ್ವಸಿರುವ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಅ. ಭಾ. ಪ್ರತಿನಿ ಸಭೆಯು ತೀವ್ರ ಕಳವಳ ವ್ಯಕ್ತಪಡಿಸುತ್ತದೆ. ಹುರ್ರಿಯತ್ ಮತ್ತು ಇತರ ಭಾರತ ವಿರೋ ಗುಂಪುಗಳ ನಾಯಕರಿಗೆ ಫೆಬ್ರವರಿ ೨೦೧೦ ರಲ್ಲಿ ದಿಲ್ಲಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಪಾಕ್ ವಿದೇಶಾಂಗ ಮಂತ್ರಿಯನ್ನು ಭೇಟಿಯಾಗಲು ಅನುಮತಿ ನೀಡಲಾಯಿತು, ಅವರಿಗೆ ಪಾಕ್ ದೂತಾವಾಸದ ಭೋಜನಕೂಟದಲ್ಲಿ ಪಾಲ್ಗೊಳ್ಳಲು ಅವಕಾಶ ನೀಡಲಾಯಿತು. ಹಾಗೂ ಇಸ್ಲಾಮೀ ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರಗಳ ಸಂಘ (ಓ.ಐ.ಸಿ.)ದ ಸಭೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಭಾಗವಹಿಸಲು ವಿದೇಶಕ್ಕೆ ಹೋಗಲು ಸಹ ಅನುಮತಿ ನೀಡಲಾಯಿತು. ಇಂತಹ ಘೋರ ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರವಿರೋ ಚಟುವಟಿಕೆ ಗಳಿಗೆ ಅನುಮತಿ ನೀಡಲು ಸರಕಾರಕ್ಕೆ ಯಾವ ವಿವಶತೆಯಿತ್ತು ಎಂಬುದನ್ನು ಪ್ರತಿನಿ ಸಭೆಯು ತಿಳಿಯಲು ಇಚ್ಛಿಸುತ್ತದೆ.

ಇಂತಹ ಡೋಲಾಯಮಾನ ನಿಲುವಿನಿಂದಾಗಿ ಕಳೆದ ಕೆಲವು ತಿಂಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಕಣಿವೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಹಿಂಸಾಚಾರ ಮತ್ತು ಭಯೋತ್ಪಾದನೆಯ ಘಟನೆಗಳು ಹೆಚ್ಚಾಗಿವೆ. ಅಕ್ರಮ ಪ್ರವೇಶಿಗರ ಸಂಖ್ಯೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಉಲ್ಲೇಖನೀಯ ವೃದ್ಧಿಯುಂಟಾಗಿದೆ ಎಂದು ಸೈನ್ಯವೂ ಕಂಡುಕೊಂಡಿದೆ. ಸೈನ್ಯ ಮತ್ತು ಅರೆಸೈನಿಕ ಪಡೆಗಳು ‘ಆಂದೋಲನಾತ್ಮಕ ಭಯೋತ್ಪಾದನೆ’ಯ ರೂಪದಲ್ಲಿ ಪಾಕ್ ಪ್ರಾಯೋಜಿತ ನೂತನ ಕುಚಕ್ರವನ್ನು ಉಲ್ಲೇಖಿಸಿವೆ. ಅಕ್ರಮಕ ಪ್ರದರ್ಶನಕಾರರ ಕೈಯಲ್ಲಿ ಕಳೆದ ಕೆಲವು ತಿಂಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ೧೫೦೦ಕ್ಕೂ ಹೆಚ್ಚು ಸಿ.ಆರ್.ಪಿ.ಎಫ್ ಜವಾನರು ಗಾಯಗೊಂಡಿದ್ದು, ಅವರ ೪೦೦ಕ್ಕೂ ಹೆಚ್ಚು ವಾಹನಗಳು ಹಾನಿಗೀಡಾಗಿವೆ.

ರಾಜ್ಯದಲ್ಲಿ ನಮ್ಮ ರಕ್ಷಣಾ ಪಡೆಗಳ ಮನೋಬಲ ಕುಂದಿಸುವ ಪ್ರಯತ್ನಗಳ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಅ. ಭಾ. ಪ್ರತಿನಿ ಸಭೆಯು ಕಳವಳ ವ್ಯಕ್ತಪಡಿಸುತ್ತದೆ. ಕಣಿವೆಯಿಂದ ೩೫,೦೦೦ ಸೈನಿಕರ ವಾಪಸಾತಿಯಿಂದ ರಕ್ಷಣಾ ಪಡೆಗಳ ಮನೋಬಲದ ಮೇಲೆ ಪ್ರತಿಕೂಲ ಪರಿಣಾಮವುಂಟಾಗಿದೆ. ಸುಳ್ಳು ಶೋಪಿಯಾನ್ ಅತ್ಯಾಚಾರ ಪ್ರಕರಣ ಮತ್ತು ಶ್ರೀನಗರ ಫೈರಿಂಗ್‌ನಂತಹ ಘಟನೆಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ರಕ್ಷಣಾ ಪಡೆಗಳನ್ನು ಸಿಲುಕಿಸುವ ಪ್ರಯತ್ನಗಳಿಂದ ಸಶಸ್ತ್ರ ಪಡೆಗಳ ಮನೋಬಲ ಮತ್ತಷ್ಟು ಕುಸಿಯುತ್ತಿದೆ. ಈ ವೈಖರಿಯು ಅದೆಷ್ಟು ಗಂಭೀರ ಸ್ಥಿತಿ ಮುಟ್ಟಿದೆಯೆಂದರೆ ಬಿ. ಎಸ್.ಎಫ್.ನ ಒಬ್ಬ ಕಮಾಂಡಂಟನನ್ನು ಭಯೋತ್ಪಾದಕರ ಗುಂಪಿನ ಮೇಲೆ ಅಶ್ರುವಾಯು ಷೆಲ್ ಪ್ರಯೋಗಿಸುವ ಆದೇಶ ನೀಡಿದ ಆರೋಪದ ಮೇಲೆ ಬಂಸಿ ಜಮ್ಮೂ-ಕಾಶ್ಮೀರ ಪೊಲೀಸರ ವಶಕ್ಕೆ ಒಪ್ಪಿಸಲಾಯಿತು.

ಕೇಂದ್ರ ಸರಕಾರವು ಭಾರತ-ಪಾಕ್ ಸಂಬಂಧಗಳ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ತನ್ನ ಧೋರಣೆಯನ್ನು ಸುಸಂಗತ ಮತ್ತು ಸ್ಪಷ್ಟಗೊಳಿಸಬೇಕು ಎಂದು ಪ್ರತಿನಿ ಸಭೆಯು ಆಗ್ರಹಿಸುತ್ತದೆ. ಗಿಲ್ಗಿಟ್-ಬಾಲ್ಟಿಸ್ತಾನವನ್ನು ತನ್ನ ದೇಶದ ಐದನೇ ಪ್ರಾಂತವೆಂದು ಘೋಷಿಸುವ ನಿರ್ಣಯದಿಂದ ಪಾಕಿಸ್ತಾನದ ಹಟಮಾರಿತನ ಹೆಚ್ಚುತ್ತಿರುವುದು ಕಂಡುಬಂದಿದೆ. ಭಾರತ ಸರಕಾರವು ಇದರ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ತೀವ್ರ ಆಕ್ಷೇಪ ವ್ಯಕ್ತಪಡಿಸಬೇಕು, ಕಾರಣ, ಈ ಪ್ರದೇಶವು ಪಾಕ್ ಆಕ್ರಮಿತ ಕಾಶ್ಮೀರದ ಭಾಗವಾಗಿದ್ದು ನಮ್ಮ ದೇಶದ ಅಂಗವಾಗಿದೆ. ಪಾಕ್ ಆಕ್ರಮಿತ ಕಾಶ್ಮೀರವನ್ನು ಪೂರ್ಣವಾಗಿ ಭಾರತಕ್ಕೆ ಸೇರ್ಪಡೆಗೊಳಿಸುವುದಾಗಿ, ಸಂಸತ್ತು ೨೨ ಫೆಬ್ರವರಿ ೧೯೯೪ ರಂದು ಸರ್ವಾನುಮತದಿಂದ ಸಂಕಲ್ಪದ ನಿರ್ಣಯ ಸ್ವೀಕರಿಸಿದ್ದನ್ನು ಈ ಸಭೆಯು ಸ್ಮರಿಸಲು ಇಚ್ಛಿಸುತ್ತದೆ.

ಸರಕಾರವು ಜಮ್ಮೂ-ಕಾಶ್ಮೀರ ಸಮಸ್ಯೆಯ ಶಾಶ್ವತ ಪರಿಹಾರಕ್ಕೆ, ಈ ನಿರ್ಣಯದಲ್ಲಿ ವ್ಯಕ್ತವಾಗಿದ್ದ ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರೀಯ ಸರ್ವಾನುಮತದ ನಿಟ್ಟಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಕ್ರಮ ಕೈಗೊಳ್ಳಬೇಕೆಂದು ಅ. ಭಾ. ಪ್ರತಿನಿ ಸಭೆಯು ಕರೆ ನೀಡುತ್ತದೆ. ಈ ಸಂದರ್ಭದಲ್ಲಿ ಸರಕಾರವು ಕೆಳಕಂಡ ಅಂಶಗಳನ್ನು ಗಮನದಲ್ಲಿಡಬೇಕು.

ಭಾರತದಲ್ಲಿ ಜಮ್ಮೂ-ಕಾಶ್ಮೀರದ ವಿಲೀನವು ಅಂತಿಮವಾಗಿದ್ದು, ಯಾವ ರೀತಿಯ ಒಪ್ಪಂದ-ಮಾತುಕತೆಗಳನ್ನೂ ಮೀರಿದ್ದಾಗಿದೆ.

ಜಮ್ಮೂ-ಕಾಶ್ಮೀರಕ್ಕೆ ಪ್ರತ್ಯೇಕ ಸಂವಿಧಾನ ಮತ್ತು ಧ್ವಜವು ಭಾರತದ ಅಖಂಡತೆಗೆ ವಿರುದ್ಧವಾಗಿದೆ. ಇದು ನಮ್ಮ ಸಂವಿಧಾನದ ಭಾವನೆಗಳು, ಪ್ರಜಾತಾಂತ್ರಿಕ ಹಿತಗಳು ಹಾಗೂ ಜನತೆಯ ಮೂಲಭೂತ ಅಕಾರಗಳಿಗೂ ವಿರುದ್ಧವಾಗಿವೆ. ಆದ್ದರಿಂದ ಇವು ಕೊನೆಗೊಳ್ಳಲೇಬೇಕು.

ನಮ್ಮ ಸಂವಿಧಾನದಲ್ಲಿ ಸೇರಿಸಿರುವ ೩೭೦ನೇ ವಿಯು ಒಂದು ತಾತ್ಕಾಲಿಕ ಮತ್ತು ಪರಿವರ್ತನಕಾಲದ ವ್ಯವಸ್ಥೆಯಾಗಿತ್ತು. ಆದರೆ ಕೊನೆಗೊಳ್ಳುವ ಬದಲು ಇದು ಇಂದಿಗೂ ಪ್ರತ್ಯೇಕತಾವಾದಿ ಶಕ್ತಿಗಳ ಶಸ್ತ್ರವಾಗಿಬಿಟ್ಟಿದೆ.

ಶರಣಾಗತಿ ಧೋರಣೆ,ಮುಕ್ತ ಗಡಿಭಾಗಗಳು, ಎ.ಎಫ್.ಎಸ್.ಪಿ. (ಆರ್ಮ್ ಫೋರ್ಸಸ್ ಸ್ಪೆಶಲ್ ಪವರ್ಸ್) ಕಾನೂನನ್ನು ರದ್ದುಗೊಳಿಸು ವಂತಹ ವಿಚಾರಗಳನ್ನು , ಪಾಕ್-ಅಫ್ಘಾನ್ ಗಡಿಭಾಗದಲ್ಲಿ ಸಂಭವಿಸುತ್ತಿರುವ ಘಟನೆಗಳು ಹಾಗೂ ಭಾರತದ ರಕ್ಷಣೆಯ ಮೇಲಾಗುತ್ತಿರುವ ಅವುಗಳ ಪ್ರಭಾವಗಳಂತಹ ವ್ಯಾಪಕ ಸಂದರ್ಭಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ನೋಡಬೇಕು.

ಜಮ್ಮೂ-ಕಾಶ್ಮೀರದಿಂದ ಸೈನ್ಯದ ವಾಪಸಾತಿ ಮತ್ತು ರಕ್ಷಣಾ ಪಡೆಗಳ ಮನೋಬಲವನ್ನು ಕುಂದಿಸುವುದರಿಂದ ನಮ್ಮ ಆಂತರಿಕ ಮತ್ತು ಅಂತಾರಾಷ್ಟ್ರೀಯ ಸ್ಥಿತಿಯು ದುರ್ಬಲಗೊಂಡೀತು.

ಜಮ್ಮೂ-ಕಾಶ್ಮೀರದ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಯಾವ ತಪ್ಪು ನಿರ್ಣಯ ಅಥವಾ ಒಪ್ಪಂದವನ್ನೂ ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರವು ಸಹಿಸದು ಎಂದು ಅ. ಭಾ. ಪ್ರತಿನಿ ಸಭೆಯು ಸರಕಾರಕ್ಕೆ ಎಚ್ಚರಿಕೆ ನೀಡುತ್ತದೆ.

ಎಲ್ಲ ನಿರ್ವಸಿತ ಜನರಿಗೂ ಕೂಡಲೇ ಪೂರ್ಣ ನಾಗರಿಕತ್ವದ ಅಕಾರಗಳನ್ನು ನೀಡಬೇಕು ಎಂದು ಪ್ರತಿನಿ ಸಭೆ ಆಗ್ರಹಿಸುತ್ತದೆ. ಜಮ್ಮೂ ಮತ್ತು ಲಡಾಖ್ ಪ್ರದೇಶದ ಅಭಿವೃದ್ಧಿಯ ಕಾನೂನು ವ್ಯವಸ್ಥೆ ಮಾಡುವುದರೊಂದಿಗೇ ಕೂಡಲೇ ಪುನರ್ಸೀಮಾಂಕನ (ಈಛ್ಝಿಜಿಞಜಿಠಿZಠಿಜಿಟ್ಞ) ಕಾರ್ಯವನ್ನೂ ಪೂರ್ಣಗೊಳಿಸಬೇಕು. ಅದರಿಂದಾಗಿ ಜಮ್ಮೂ- ಮತ್ತು ಲಡಾಖ್ ಪ್ರದೇಶಕ್ಕೆ ಆಗುತ್ತಿರುವ ಅನ್ಯಾಯ ಕೊನೆಗೊಳ್ಳಬೇಕು. ಜಮ್ಮೂ ಮತ್ತು ಲಡಾಖ್‌ನ ಜನತೆ ಮತ್ತು ಕಾಶ್ಮೀರಿ ಪಂಡಿತರ ಸಹಿತ ಎಲ್ಲ ನಿರ್ವಸಿತ ಹಿಂದುಗಳಿಗೆ ಉಚಿತ ಪಾತ್ರವಿದ್ದರೇನೇ, ಜಮ್ಮೂ-ಕಾಶ್ಮೀರ ಸಮಸ್ಯೆಯ ಯಾವ ಪರಿಹಾರವೂ ಸಾಧ್ಯವಾದೀತು.

ಜಮ್ಮೂ-ಕಾಶ್ಮೀರದ ಪ್ರಜಾತಂತ್ರದ ಅಳಿವು ಹಾಗೂ ಅದರ ಪರಿಣಾಮವಾಗಿ ಅಲ್ಲಿಯ ದೇಶಭಕ್ತ ಜನತೆಯ ದುರ್ದಶೆಯ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ದೇಶವಾಸಿಗಳನ್ನು ಜಾಗೃತಗೊಳಿಸಬೇಕು, ಅದರಿಂದ ಅವರ ಕಷ್ಟನಷ್ಟಗಳನ್ನು ದೂರಗೊಳಿಸಲು ಇಡೀ ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರವು ಎದ್ದು ನಿಲ್ಲುವಂತಾಗಬೇಕು ಎಂದು ಅ. ಭಾ. ಪ್ರತಿನಿ ಸಭೆಯು ಸ್ವಯಂಸೇವಕರಿಗೆ ಕರೆ ನೀಡುತ್ತದೆ.

ಅ. ಭಾ. ಪ್ರತಿನಿ ಸಭಾ ಬೈಠಕ್‌ನಲ್ಲಿ ಸರಕಾರ‍್ಯವಾಹರು ನೀಡಿದ ವರದಿಯ ಸಂಕ್ಷಿಪ್ತ ಸಾರ

ಅನೇಕ ವರ್ಷಗಳಿಂದ ಯಾರ ಸಾನ್ನಿಧ್ಯದಿಂದ ನಮಗೆ ಪ್ರೇರಣೆ ಲಭಿಸುತ್ತಿತ್ತೋ ಅಂತಹ ಶ್ರೇಷ್ಠ ಕರ್ಮಯೋಗಿ ಶ್ರದ್ಧೇಯ ನಾನಾಜಿ ದೇಶಮುಖ್ ಅವರು ತಮ್ಮ ೯೩ ವರ್ಷಗಳ ಜೀವನ ಯಾತ್ರೆಯಿಂದ ಧನ್ಯರಾದರು. ರಾಜಕೀಯ ಕ್ಷೇತ್ರದಲ್ಲಿ ಕೆಲಸ ಮಾಡುತ್ತ ತಮ್ಮ ಚಿಂತನ, ಅಧ್ಯಯನ ಮತ್ತು ಅನುಭವಗಳನ್ನು ಸಾಮಾಜಿಕ ಪುನರ್‌ರಚನಾ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ಕೆ ಸಮರ್ಪಿಸಿ, ತಮ್ಮ ದೇಹದಾನ ಮಾಡಿ ಅವರು ತಮ್ಮ ಆದರ್ಶವನ್ನು ಬೆಳಗಿಸಿದರು. ಚಿತ್ರಕೂಟ ಮತ್ತು ಗೊಂಡಾ ಪ್ರಕಲ್ಪಗಳು ಅವರ ಸ್ಮೃತಿಯನ್ನು ಜಾಗೃತವಾಗಿಡುವವು.

ಹಿಂದೆ ಅ. ಭಾ. ಸಹ-ಬೌದ್ದಿಕ್ ಪ್ರಮುಖ್ ಹಾಗೂ ಮಹಾರಾಷ್ಟ್ರ ಪ್ರಾಂತದ ಕಾರ್ಯವಾಹರಾಗಿ ದೀರ್ಘಕಾಲದವರೆಗೆ ನಮಗೆ ಮಾರ್ಗದರ್ಶನ ಮಾಡುತ್ತಿದ್ದ ಡಾ. ಶ್ರೀಪತಿ ಶಾಸ್ತ್ರಿಯವರು ಪುಣೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಸ್ವರ್ಗಸ್ಥರಾದರು. ಡಾ. ಶ್ರೀಪತಿ ಶಾಸ್ತ್ರಿಯವರ ಚಿಂತನ, ಅಧ್ಯಯನ, ವಕ್ತೃತ್ವ, ಕರ್ತೃತ್ವ ಇವೆಲ್ಲ ಸಂಘಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ಕೆ ಮುಡಿಪಾಗಿದ್ದವು. ಮಹಾರಾಷ್ಟ್ರದಲ್ಲಿ , ವಿಶೇಷವಾಗಿ ಪುಣೆಯ ಸಾಮಾಜಿಕ ಮತ್ತು ಶೈಕ್ಷಣಿಕ ಕ್ಷೇತ್ರದಲ್ಲಿ ಅವರ ವಿಶೇಷ ಯೋಗದಾನವಿದೆ. ಅವರ ಸ್ನೇಹಕ್ಕೆ ಯಾವ ಸೀಮೆಯೂ ಇರಲಿಲ್ಲ. ಇಂತಹ ಪ್ರೇರಕ ವ್ಯಕ್ತಿತ್ವ ಇಂದು ನಮ್ಮೊಡನಿಲ್ಲ.

ದಕ್ಷಿಣ ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ಪ್ರಾಂತದ ಮಾನ್ಯ ಸಹ ಪ್ರಾಂತ ಸಂಘಚಾಲಕ ಡಾ. ಕೃಷ್ಣಮೂರ್ತಿಯವರು ತಮ್ಮ ಸರಳ ಜೀವನಶೈಲಿ, ಮೃದು ಮತ್ತು ಸ್ನೇಹಸ್ವಭಾವದಿಂದ ಪ್ರಭಾವಿಸುವವರಾಗಿದ್ದರು, ಅಲ್ಪಾಯುವಿನಲ್ಲಿಯೇ ಕ್ಯಾನ್ಸರ್‌ರೋಗದೊಡನೆ ಸೆಣಸುತ್ತ ನಮ್ಮನ್ನು ಅಗಲಿದರು.

ಸಂಗೀತ ಕ್ಷೇತ್ರದಲ್ಲಿ ತಮ್ಮ ಸಾಧನೆಯಿಂದ ಸ್ವನಾಮಧನ್ಯರಾದ ಶ್ರೀ ಅಶ್ವತ್ಥ್ ಮತ್ತು ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ಸಿನಿಮಾ ಜಗತ್ತಿನ ಶ್ರೀ ವಿಷ್ಣುವರ್ಧನ್ ಇವರು ಇಂದು ನಮ್ಮೊಡನಿಲ್ಲ.

ಇಂತಹ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ದಿವಂಗತ ಬಂಧುಗಳಿಗೆ ನಾವು ಕೃತಜ್ಞತೆಯಿಂದ ಮೌನ ಶ್ರದ್ಧಾಂಜಲಿ ಅರ್ಪಿಸುತ್ತೇವೆ ಹಾಗೂ ಆ ಬಂಧುಗಳೆಲ್ಲರ ಕುಟುಂಬದವರು, ಸಹ ಯಾತ್ರಿಕರ ಅಂತಃಕರಣದ ವೇದನೆಯ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಹಾರ್ದಿಕ ಸಹಾನುಭೂತಿ ವ್ಯಕ್ತಪಡಿಸುತ್ತೇವೆ.

ಕಾರ್ಯಸ್ಥಿತಿ

ಪ್ರತಿವರ್ಷದಂತೆ ಮೇ-ಜೂನ್ ೨೦೦೯ ರಲ್ಲಿ ದೇಶಾದ್ಯಂತ ೬೮ ಸ್ಥಾನಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಸಂಘ ಶಿಕ್ಷಾವರ್ಗಗಳು ನಡೆದುವು. ಪ್ರಥಮ ವರ್ಷದ ಪ್ರಶಿಕ್ಷಣ ವರ್ಗ ಪ್ರಾಂತಗಳ ಯೋಜನೆಗನುಸಾರ ಮತ್ತು ದ್ವಿತೀಯ ವರ್ಷದ ವರ್ಗವು ಕ್ಷೇತ್ರದ ಯೋಜನೆಗನುಸಾರ ನಡೆದುವು. ಕೆಲವು ಕ್ಷೇತ್ರಗಳಲ್ಲಿ, ದಕ್ಷಿಣ ಮಧ್ಯ ಮತ್ತು ಪೂರ್ವಕ್ಷೇತ್ರಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಭಾಷೆಗಳ ಕಠಿಣತೆಯನ್ನು ಗಮನಿಸಿ ಭಾಷಾನುಸಾರ ವರ್ಗಗಳನ್ನು ಆಯೋಜಿಸಲಾಯಿತು.

೪೭ ಸ್ಥಾನಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ನಡೆದಿದ್ದ ಪ್ರಥಮ ವರ್ಷ ವರ್ಗಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ೭೦೭೮ ಸ್ಥಾನಗಳಿಂದ ೧೦,೬೨೩ ಶಿಕ್ಷಾರ್ಥಿಗಳು ಹಾಗೂ ೧೩ ಸ್ಥಾನಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ನಡೆದಿದ್ದ ದ್ವಿತೀಯ ವರ್ಷ ವರ್ಗಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ೨೧೧೬ ಸ್ಥಾನಗಳಿಂದ ೨೫೮೧ ಶಿಕ್ಷಾರ್ಥಿಗಳು ಭಾಗವಹಿಸಿದ್ದರು. ತೃತೀಯ ವರ್ಷದ ವರ್ಗಕ್ಕೆ ೮೫೯ ಸ್ಥಾನಗಳಿಂದ ೯೨೩ ಶಿಕ್ಷಾರ್ಥಿಗಳು ಬಂದಿದ್ದರು. ಪ್ರಥಮ ವರ್ಷ ವಿಶೇಷ ವರ್ಗಗಳು ೭ ಸ್ಥಾನಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ನಡೆದಿದ್ದು, ಅವುಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ೨೮೯ ಸ್ಥಾನಗಳಿಂದ ೩೪೬ ಶಿಕ್ಷಾರ್ಥಿಗಳು ಭಾಗವಹಿಸಿದ್ದರು. ಈ ವರ್ಷ ಡಿಸೆಂಬರ್‌ನಲ್ಲಿ ತೃತೀಯ ವರ್ಷ ವಿಶೇಷ ವರ್ಗವನ್ನೂ ಆಯೋಜಿಸಲಾಗಿದ್ದು ಅದರಲ್ಲಿ ೨೫೧ ಸ್ಥಾನಗಳಿಂದ ೩೧೦ ಶಿಕ್ಷಾರ್ಥಿಗಳು ಭಾಗವಹಿಸಿದ್ದರು. ಕಳೆದ ವರ್ಷ ದ್ವಿತೀಯ ವರ್ಷ ವಿಶೇಷ ವರ್ಗವನ್ನು ಆಯೋಜಿಸಿರಲಿಲ್ಲ. ಈ ವರ್ಷ ಮೇ-ಜೂನ್‌ನಲ್ಲಿ ದೇಶಾದ್ಯಂತದ ಆಯ್ಕೆಯ ಸ್ಥಾನಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ದ್ವಿತೀಯ ವರ್ಷ ವಿಶೇಷ ವರ್ಗಗಳನ್ನು ಆಯೋಜಿಸಲಾಗುವುದು.

ಇಂದು ದೇಶಾದ್ಯಂತ ೨೭,೦೮೯ ಸ್ಥಾನಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ೩೯,೮೨೩ ಶಾಖೆಗಳು ನಡೆಯುತ್ತಿವೆ. ೭೩೫೬ಸ್ಥಾನಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಸಾಪ್ತಾಹಿಕ ಮಿಲನ್ ಹಾಗೂ ೬೯೪೯ ಸ್ಥಾನಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಸಂಘ ಮಂಡಲಿಯ ರೂಪದಲ್ಲಿ ಏಕತ್ರೀಕರಣ ನಡೆಯುತ್ತಿದೆ.

ಪ.ಪೂ. ಸರಸಂಘಚಾಲಕರ ಪ್ರವಾಸ

ನಮ್ಮ ಪರಂಪರೆಯಂತೆ ಪರಮ ಪೂಜ್ಯ ಸರಸಂಘಚಾಲಕರ ಹೊಣೆ ವಹಿಸಿದ ಬಳಿಕ ಮಾನ್ಯ ಮೋಹನ್‌ಜೀ ಭಾಗವತ್ ಅವರು ದೇಶದ ಪ್ರಮುಖ ಸ್ಥಾನಗಳಿಗೆ ಪ್ರವಾಸ ಮಾಡುವ ಯೋಜನೆಯನ್ನು ಮಾಡಲಾಯಿತು. ಈ ಪ್ರವಾಸದಲ್ಲಿ ಸಂಘಟನೆಯ ದೃಢತೆಯ ದೃಷ್ಟಿಯಿಂದ ಸರಸಂಘಚಾಲಕ್ ಪ್ರಣಾಮ್ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮ ಹಾಗೂ ಸಾಮಾಜಿಕ ಸದ್ಭಾವನಾ ಬೈಠಕ್‌ಗಳನ್ನು ಆಯೋಜಿಸಬೇಕು ಮತ್ತು ಆಯ್ಕೆ ಸ್ಥಾನಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಸುದ್ದಿಗೋಷ್ಠಿಗಳು ಆಗಬೇಕೆಂದು ಯೋಚಿಸಲಾಗಿತ್ತು.

ಎಲ್ಲೆಡೆಯೂ ಕಾರ್ಯಕರ್ತರು ಪರಿಶ್ರಮದಿಂದ ಆಯೋಜನೆ ಮಾಡಿದರು. ವಿಶೇಷವಾಗಿ ದಿಲ್ಲಿ, ಮಹಾಕೌಶಲ್ ಮತ್ತು ಕೇರಳದ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮಗಳನ್ನು ಬಹು ಪ್ರಭಾವಿಯಾಗಿದ್ದವು. ಕೇರಳದ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮವು ಪ್ರಾಯಶಃ ಇದುವರೆಗಿನ ಎಲ್ಲಕ್ಕೂ ವಿಶಾಲ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮವಾಗಿದೆ. ಒಂದೇ ಸ್ಥಾನದಲ್ಲಿ ಸುಮಾರು ೯೨,೦೦೦ ಗಣವೇಷಧಾರಿ ಸ್ವಯಂಸೇವಕರ ಉಪಸ್ಥಿತಿಯು ಅದಾಗಿಯೇ ಒಂದು ವಿಶೇಷವಾಗಿದೆ. ಎಲ್ಲ ಪ್ರಸಾರ ಮಾಧ್ಯಮಗಳು ಸೂಕ್ತ ಪ್ರಸಿದ್ಧಿ ನೀಡಿ ಸಂಘದ ಶಕ್ತಿಯನ್ನು ಗೌರವಿಸಿವೆ.

ದೇಶಾದ್ಯಂತ ಎಲ್ಲ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ೨,೬೦,೨೩೧ ಸ್ವಯಂಸೇವಕರು ಗಣವೇಷದಲ್ಲಿ ಮತ್ತು ಬೃಹತ್ ಸಂಖ್ಯೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಮಾತಾ-ಭಗಿನಿಯರು ಹಾಗೂ ಸಜ್ಜನರ ಉಪಸ್ಥಿತಿಯಿತ್ತು. ಬಹಿರಂಗ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಭುವನೇಶ್ವರ ಮತ್ತು ತಿರುವನಂತಪುರದ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮಗಳು ಬಹು ಉಚ್ಚಮಟ್ಟದ್ದಾಗಿದ್ದವು. ಸದ್ಭಾವನಾ ಬೈಠಕ್‌ಗಳು : ಪಂಥ, ಸಂಪ್ರದಾಯ ಮತ್ತು ವಿವಿಧ ಜಾತಿ-ಪಂಗಡಗಳ ಪ್ರಮುಖರ ಬೈಠಕ್‌ಗಳನ್ನು ಆಯೋಜಿಸಲಾಗಿತ್ತು. ೩೦೦೦ಕ್ಕೂ ಹೆಚ್ಚು ಪ್ರಮುಖ ವ್ಯಕ್ತಿಗಳು ಭಾಗವಹಿಸಿದ್ದರು.

ಮುಂಬಯಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ವಿವಿಧ ಭಾಷಿಕರ ಸಮುದಾಯಗಳಿವೆ, ಆದ್ದರಿಂದ ಅಲ್ಲಿಯೇ ಸಮುದಾಯಗಳ ಪ್ರಭಾವೀ ನೇತೃತ್ವ ವಹಿಸುವ ವ್ಯಕ್ತಿಗಳ ವಿಶೇಷ ಬೈಠಕ್ ಆಯೋಜಿಸಲಾಗಿತ್ತು. ಜಮ್ಮೂ-ಕಾಶ್ಮೀರದ ವಿಶೇಷ ಪರಿಸ್ಥಿತಿಯನ್ನು ಗಮನಿಸಿ ಅಲ್ಲಿ ವಿಶೇಷ ರೀತಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಆಯೋಜಿಸಲಾಗಿದ್ದ ಬೈಠಕ್‌ನಲ್ಲಿ ೧೦೦೦ಕ್ಕೂ ಹೆಚ್ಚು ಗಣ್ಯರು ಉಪಸ್ಥಿತರಿದ್ದರು. ೯ ಸ್ಥಾನಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಪೂಜ್ಯ ಸಂತರು ಸಾಮೂಹಿಕವಾಗಿ ಸೇರುವ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮ ನಡೆದಿದ್ದು, ಅದರಲ್ಲಿ ೧೫೦ ಪೂಜ್ಯ ಸಂತರು ಉಪಸ್ಥಿತರಿದ್ದರು. ಈ ರೀತಿಯಾಗಿ ಎಲ್ಲ ಸ್ತರಗಳಲ್ಲೂ ಮಾತುಕತೆಯ ಪ್ರಕ್ರಿಯೆ ನಡೆಯುವಂತೆ ಪ್ರಯತ್ನಿಸಲಾಯಿತು. ‘ನಾವೆಲ್ಲರೂ ಒಂದೇ ಮಾತೆಯ ಪುತ್ರರು’ಎಂಬ ಭಾವನೆ ವ್ಯಕ್ತವಾಯಿತು. ನಮ್ಮ ಸಮಾಜವನ್ನು ಒಡೆದು ತುಂಡುತುಂಡಾಗಿಸಲು ಯತ್ನಿಸುವವರ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ನಾವು ಎಚ್ಚರಿಕೆಯಿಂದಿರಬೇಕು. ಇಂತಹ ವಿಚ್ಛಿದ್ರಕಾರಿ ಷಡ್ಯಂತ್ರಗಳಿಂದ ನಮ್ಮ ಸಮಾಜವನ್ನು ನಾವು ರಕ್ಷಿಸಬೇಕು, ಎಂಬ ಭಾವನೆಯೇ ಈ ಸಾಮಾಜಿಕ ಸದ್ಭಾವನಾ ಬೈಠಕ್‌ಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ವ್ಯಕ್ತವಾಯಿತು.

೬, ೭ ಮತ್ತು ೮ ಫೆಬ್ರವರಿ ೨೦೧೦, ಬೆಂಗಳೂರಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಸೇವಾ ಸಂಗಮವನ್ನು ಆಯೋಜಿಸಲಾಯಿತು. ಸೇವಾ ವಿಭಾಗದ ಕಾರ್ಯ ಆರಂಭವಾಗಿ ೨೦ ವರ್ಷ ಪೂರ್ಣಗೊಂಡಿವೆ. ಸೂಕ್ತ ಸಮಯದಲ್ಲಿಯೇ ಈ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮ ವನ್ನು ಆಯೋಜಿಸಲಾಯಿತು. ೧೦ ವಿವಿಧ ಅಖಿಲ ಭಾರತೀಯ ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಗಳಿಂದ ದೇಶದಲ್ಲಿ ಇಂದು ೧ ಲಕ್ಷ ೫೬ ಸಾವಿರ ಸೇವಾ ಕಾರ್ಯಗಳು ನಡೆಯುತ್ತಿವೆ. ಸುಮಾರು ೬೦,೦೦೦ ಸೇವಾಕಾರ್ಯಗಳನ್ನು ನಗರ ಮತ್ತು ಜಿಲ್ಲಾ ಮಟ್ಟಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ರಚಿಸಿರುವ ನ್ಯಾಸಗಳು ನಡೆಸುತ್ತಿವೆ. ಇಂತಹ ನ್ಯಾಸಗಳ ಸಮನ್ವಯ, ಪ್ರಶಿಕ್ಷಣ, ಪ್ರಚಾರ-ಪ್ರಸಾರಗಳ ಉದ್ದೇಶದಿಂದಲೇ ಕೆಲ ವರ್ಷಗಳ ಹಿಂದೆ ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರೀಯ ಸೇವಾ ಭಾರತಿ ಎಂಬ ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಯನ್ನು ಸ್ಥಾಪಿಸಲಾಯಿತು. ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರೀಯ ಸೇವಾಭಾರತಿಯ ಆಶ್ರಯದಲ್ಲಿಯೇ ‘ಸೇವಾ ಸಂಗಮ’ವನ್ನು ಆಯೋಜಿಸಲಾಯಿತು.

ಬೆಂಗಳೂರಿನಲ್ಲಿ ನಡೆದ ಈ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮದಲ್ಲಿ ದೇಶಾದ್ಯಂತದ ೪೫೨ ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಗಳ ೯೩೦ ಪ್ರತಿನಿಗಳು ಉಪಸ್ಥಿತರಿದ್ದರು. ಅವರಲ್ಲಿ ೭೫ ಮಹಿಳೆಯರಿದ್ದರು. ಉದ್ಘಾಟನಾ ಸಮಾರಂಭದಲ್ಲಿ ಪೂರ್ವ ಸರಸಂಘಚಾಲಕ ಮಾನ್ಯ ಸುದರ್ಶನ್‌ಜಿ ಮತ್ತು ಪೂಜ್ಯ ಶ್ರೀ ಶ್ರೀ ರವಿಶಂಕರ್ ಅವರ ಉಪಸ್ಥಿತಿಯು ಪ್ರೇರಕವಾಗಿತ್ತು. ಬೆಂಗಳೂರಿನ ಗಣ್ಯವ್ಯಕ್ತಿಗಳ ಉಪಸ್ಥಿತಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಬಹಿರಂಗ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮ ನಡೆಯಿತು. ಪ. ಪೂ. ಸರಸಂಘಚಾಲಕ ಮಾನ್ಯ ಮೋಹನ್‌ಜಿ ಭಾಗವತ್ ಮತ್ತು ಯೋಗಗುರು ಪೂಜ್ಯ ಶ್ರೀ ರಾಮದೇವ್‌ಜಿಯವರ ಮಾರ್ಗದರ್ಶನ ಲಭಿಸಿತು. ಕರ್ನಾಟಕದ ಮುಖ್ಯಮಂತ್ರಿಯು ವಿಶೇಷವಾಗಿ ಉಪಸ್ಥಿತರಿದ್ದರು.

ಇತರ ಸಮಾವೇಶಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಸಹಸರಕಾರ್ಯವಾಹ ಶ್ರೀದತ್ತಾತ್ರೇಯ ಹೊಸಬಾಳೆ ಮತ್ತು ಶ್ರೀ ಮದನದಾಸ್‌ಜಿಯವರ ಮಾರ್ಗದರ್ಶನ ಲಭಿಸಿತು.

ಸಮಾರೋಪದಲ್ಲಿ ಮಾನ್ಯ ಸರಕಾರ್ಯವಾಹ ಶ್ರೀ ಭಯ್ಯಾಜಿ ಜೋಶಿ ಉಪಸ್ಥಿತರಿದ್ದರು. ಈ ಸೇವಾಸಂಗಮವು ಭವಿಷ್ಯದ ಕಾರ್ಯವೃದ್ದಿಯ ದೃಷ್ಟಿಯಿಂದ ಮೈಲಿಗಲ್ಲೆನಿಸೀತು. ಸಂಖ್ಯಾತ್ಮಕ ಮತ್ತು ಗುಣಾತ್ಮಕ ವೃದ್ಧಿಯ ಸಂಕಲ್ಪದೊಂದಿಗೆ ಕಾರ್ಯಕರ್ತರು ತೆರಳಬೇಕೆಂದು ಸಮಾರಂಭದ ಸಂದೇಶವಾಗಿತ್ತು.

ಸೇವಾಕಾರ್ಯ

ಉಜ್ಜೈನಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಸ್ವಯಂಸೇವಕರಿಂದ ಕ್ಷಿಪ್ರಾನದಿಯ ಸ್ವಚ್ಛತೆ : ಮಳೆಯ ಅಭಾವ ಮತ್ತು ಕಶ್ಮಲಗಳಿಂದಾಗಿ ಕ್ಷಿಪ್ರಾದಂತಹ ಪವಿತ್ರ ನದಿಯ ಪ್ರವಾಹಕ್ಕೆ ಅಡ್ಡಿಯುಂಟಾಗಿತ್ತು. ಇದರಿಂದ ಜಲಸಂಗ್ರಹ ಸಾಮರ್ಥ್ಯ ಕಡಿಮೆಯಾಗಿತ್ತು. ಆಗ ಉಜ್ಜೈನಿಯ ಸ್ವಯಂಸೇವಕರು ಸಮಾಜದ ಜೊತೆಗೂಡಿ ಕ್ಷಿಪ್ರಾ ನದಿಯ ಸ್ವಚ್ಛತೆಯ ಭಗೀರಥ ಕಾರ್ಯವನ್ನು ಮಾಡಲು ಸಂಕಲ್ಪಿಸಿದರು.

ಪ್ರಥಮ ಹಂತದಲ್ಲಿ ೯೦೦ ಮೀಟರಿನ ಸ್ವಚ್ಛತಾ ಕಾರ್ಯವನ್ನು ಪೂರೈಸಲಾಯಿತು. ಸ್ವಯಂಸೇವಕರ ಈ ಕಾರ್ಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಉಜ್ಜೈನಿ ಮಹಾನಗರದ ವಿವಿಧ ಸಾಮಾಜಿಕ, ರಾಜಕೀಯ, ಸೇವಾನಿರತ ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಗಳನ್ನು ಜೊತೆಗೂಡಿಸಲಾಯಿತು. ೧೯೦ ಸ್ವಯಸೇವಾ ಸಂಘಟನೆಗಳ ಸಹಕಾರದಿಂದ ೧೧,೯೫೦ ಶ್ರಮದಾನಿ ಕಾರ್ಯಕರ್ತರು ಕೆಲಸ ಮಾಡಿದರು. ೨೧ ದಿನಗಳ ಅಭಿಯಾನ ನಡೆಯಿತು. ಅದರಿಂದ ೪೧,೯೯೮ ಘನ ಮೀಟರ್ ಆಳ ಅಗೆಯಲಾಯಿತು. ಇದೊಂದು ಅಭಿನವ ಪ್ರಯೋಗವಾಗಿದೆ.

ಹರಿದ್ವಾರದಲ್ಲಿ ನಡೆದ ರಾಷ್ಟರಕ್ಷಾ ಸಮ್ಮೇಳನ

‘ಫೋರಮ್ ಫಾರ್ ಇಂಟಿಗ್ರೇಟೆಡ್ ನ್ಯಾಶನಲ್ ಸೆಕ್ಯೂರಿಟಿ’ ಆಶ್ರಯದಲ್ಲಿ ನಡೆದ ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರ ರಕ್ಷಾ ಸಮ್ಮೇಳನದಲ್ಲಿ ೭೦೦ ಕ್ಕೂ ಹೆಚ್ಚು ವಿಶೇಷಜ್ಞರು ಭಾಗವಹಿಸಿದ್ದರು. ಆಡಳಿತಾತ್ಮಕ ಸೇವೆ ಮತ್ತು ರಕ್ಷಣೆಗೆ ಸಂಬಂಸಿದ ವಿಶೇಷಜ್ಞರ ಉಪಸ್ಥಿತಿ ಉಲ್ಲೇಖನೀಯವಾಗಿತ್ತು. ಮಾರ್ಚ್ ೯, ೧೦ ರಂದು ನಡೆದ ಈ ಸಮ್ಮೇಳನದಲ್ಲಿ ಪುಣೆಯ ಘಟನೆಯೊಂದಿಗೇ (ಇದು ಮತ್ತೊಮ್ಮೆ ಮುಂಬಯಿ ಹಲ್ಲೆಯ ಗಾಯಗಳನ್ನು ಸೀಳಿತು) ಇಂದಿನ ರಕ್ಷಣಾ ವ್ಯವಸ್ಥೆಯ ಪರಿಸ್ಥಿತಿ ಕುರಿತು ಚರ್ಚಿಸಲಾಯಿತು. ವಿಶೇಷಜ್ಞರು ತಮ್ಮ ತಮ್ಮ ಅಧ್ಯಯನ-ಲೇಖನಗಳನ್ನು ಮಂಡಿಸಿದರು. ಸರಕಾರ, ಸ್ವಯಂಸೇವಾ ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಗಳು, ವಿಜ್ಞಾನಿಗಳು, ರಕ್ಷಣೆಗೆ ಸಂಬಂಸಿದ ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಗಳ ನಿಲುವಿನ ಕುರಿತು ವಿಶೇಷಜ್ಞರು ತಮ್ಮ ವಿಚಾರ, ಗಾಢ ಚಿಂತನೆ, ತಜ್ಞರ ಅಭಿಪ್ರಾಯ, ದೃಷ್ಟಿಕೋನ ಇವನ್ನು ಮಂಡಿಸಿದರು. ‘ಫಿನ್ಸ್’ ಆಯೋಜಿಸಿದ ಈ ಸಮ್ಮೇಳನದಲ್ಲಿ ಬಂದಿದ್ದ ಸಲಹೆ ಮತ್ತು ಅಭಿಪ್ರಾಯಗಳನ್ನು ಕೇಂದ್ರ ಸರಕಾರವು ಗಂಭೀರವಾಗಿ ಪರಿಗಣಿಸುವುದು ಅಗತ್ಯ.

ಮಣಿಪುರದ ಇಂದಿನ ಚಿಂತಾಜನಕ ಸ್ಥಿತಿ

ಮಣಿಪುರದ ಇಂದಿನ ಹದಗೆಟ್ಟ ಪರಿಸ್ಥಿತಿಯಿಂದಾಗಿ ದೇಶಾದ್ಯಂತದ ಜನ ಚಿಂತಿತರಾಗಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ೧೯೮೦ ರಲ್ಲಿ ನಡೆದ ಹತೋಟಿ ಮೀರಿದ ಉಗ್ರವಾದಿ ಘಟನೆಗಳಿಂದ ಅಲ್ಲಿಯ ಸಾಮಾನ್ಯ ಜನಜೀವನವೂ ವಿಪತ್ತಿಗೀಡಾಗಿದೆ. ೨೦೦೫ ರಲ್ಲಿ ಅಮೂಲ್ಯ ಗ್ರಂಥಗಳ ಮತ್ತು ಪಾಂಡುಲಿಪಿಗಳ ಕೇಂದ್ರ ಪುಸ್ತಕಾಲಯವನ್ನು ಸುಟ್ಟುಹಾಕಲಾಗಿತ್ತು. ಗೋವಿಂದಜಿ ಮತ್ತು ಇಂಫಾಲ್‌ನ ದೇವಸ್ಥಾನಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಬಾಂಬು ಸೋಟಿಸಿ ಹಿಂದುಗಳನ್ನು ಹತ್ಯೆ ಮಾಡಲಾಯಿತು. ಉಗ್ರಗಾಮಿಗಳ ಆದೇಶದಂತೆ ಜುಲೈ ೨೦೦೯ ರಿಂದ ಜನವರಿ ೨೦೧೦ರ ವರೆಗೆ ಹಿಂದೂ ಕ್ಷೇತ್ರಗಳ ಎಲ್ಲ ಶಿಕ್ಷಣ ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಗಳನ್ನು ಮುಚ್ಚಲಾಯಿತು. ಹಾಗೂ ನಾಲ್ಕು ಲಕ್ಷಕ್ಕೂ ಹೆಚ್ಚು. ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳ ಭವಿಷ್ಯ ವಿಪತ್ತಿಗೀಡಾಯಿತು.

ಈ ರೀತಿಯಾಗಿ ಮಣಿಪುರದ ವೈಷ್ಣವ-ಹಿಂದೂ ಜನರು ಮಣಿಪುರ ಬಿಟ್ಟು ಹೋಗುವಂತೆ ಬೆದರಿಕೆ ಒಡ್ಡಲಾಗುತ್ತಿದೆ.

ಹಿಂದುಗಳು ನಿರಂತರವಾಗಿ ಪಲಾಯನಗೈಯುತ್ತಿರುವುದು, ಕಾಶ್ಮೀರ ಕಣಿವೆಯ ಬಳಿಕ ಎರಡನೆಯದಾಗಿ ಮಣಿಪುರ ಪ್ರಾಂತದಿಂದಲೇ. ಉಗ್ರಗಾಮಿಗಳು ಅಕ್ರಮವಾಗಿ ವಸೂಲು ಮಾಡುತ್ತಿರುವುದರಿಂದ ಎಲ್ಲ ರೀತಿಯ ಆರ್ಥಿಕ ಅಭಿವೃದ್ಧಿಯು ಕುಂಠಿತವಾಗಿದೆ. ರಕ್ಷಣಾ ವ್ಯವಸ್ಥೆ ಅದೆಷ್ಟು ದುರ್ಬಲವಾಗಿದೆಯೆಂದರೆ ರಾಜಭವನ ಮತ್ತು ಮುಖ್ಯಮಂತ್ರಿಯ ಕಚೇರಿಗಳಲ್ಲಿಯೂ ಸೋಟಗಳಾಗಿವೆ. ಕೇಂದ್ರ ಗೃಹಮಂತ್ರಿಯವರೂ ಅಲ್ಲಿಯ ಪರಿಸ್ಥಿತಿಯ ಗಂಭೀರತೆಯನ್ನು ಒಪ್ಪಿಕೊಂಡಿದ್ದಾರೆ.

ಮಣಿಪುರದ ಪರಿಸ್ಥಿತಿಯನ್ನು ಸಾಮಾನ್ಯಗೊಳಿಸಲು ಸಾಧ್ಯವಿದ್ದಷ್ಟೂ ಪ್ರಯತ್ನಿಸಬೇಕು ಎಂಬುದು ಎಲ್ಲ ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರವಾದಿ ಶಕ್ತಿಗಳು, ಕೇಂದ್ರ ಮತ್ತು ರಾಜ್ಯ ಸರಕಾರಗಳಿಗೆ ನಮ್ಮ ಆಗ್ರಹವಾಗಿದೆ.

ಕರೆ

ನಮ್ಮ ಕಾರ್ಯದ ಯಶಸ್ಸು ಅನುಕೂಲ-ಪ್ರತಿಕೂಲ ವಾತಾವರಣವನ್ನು ಅವಲಂಬಿಸಿಲ್ಲ. ಕೇವಲ ಕಾರ್ಯಪದ್ಧತಿಯನ್ನೂ ಅವಲಂಬಿಸಿಲ್ಲ. ಸಮರ್ಪಿತ ಮತ್ತು ಪ್ರತಿಬದ್ಧತೆಯ ಕಾರ್ಯಕರ್ತರು ಯಾವುದೇ ಪರಿಸ್ಥಿತಿಯಲ್ಲಿಯೂ ಪರಿಣಾಮ ಸಾಸಬಲ್ಲರು. ಇದಂತೂ ಎಲ್ಲ ಕಡೆ ಅನುಕೂಲತೆಯ ವಾತಾವರಣವಿದೆ, ಆದರೆ ಪರಿಶ್ರಮವಿಲ್ಲದೆ ಯಾವ ಕಾರ್ಯವೂ ಯಶಸ್ವಿಯಾಗದು, ಯಶಸ್ಸಿಗೆ ಕಾರಣವಾದ ಮೌಲ್ಯವನ್ನು ತೆರಲೇಬೇಕಾಗುತ್ತದೆ. ಸಹಜತೆಯಿಂದ, ನಿರಹಂಕಾರಿ ಪ್ರವೃತ್ತಿಯಿಂದ, ಮುಗುಳಗುತ್ತ ತಮ್ಮ ಸ್ವಯಂಸ್ವೀಕೃತ ಮಾರ್ಗದಲ್ಲಿ ನಿರಂತರತೆ ಮತ್ತು ಆತ್ಮವಿಶ್ವಾಸದಿಂದ ಮುನ್ನಡೆಯುತ್ತಿರಬೇಕು ಎಂಬುದೇ ಎಲ್ಲರಿಂದ ಅಪೇಕ್ಷೆ, ಪುರುಷಾರ್ಥವಾದರೂ ಇದೆ.

ಸ್ವಾಮಿ ವಿವೇಕಾನಂದರ ಆ ಶಬ್ದಗಳನ್ನು ನಾವು ಸ್ಮರಿಸೋಣ.ಅವರು ಹೇಳುತ್ತಾರೆ, “ಅವರು ರೌದ್ರತೆಯನ್ನು ಪೂಜಿಸುತ್ತಾರೆ, ವಿಪತ್ತುಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಜೀವಿಸುವುದು ಅವರಿಗೆ ಪ್ರಿಯವೇ. ಸ್ನಾಯುಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ತಾರುಣ್ಯದ ಪುಟಿದೇಳುವ ಶಕ್ತಿ ಮತ್ತು ಕಣ್ಣುಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಧ್ಯೇಯವಾದದ ಹೊಳಪಿನೊಂದಿಗೆ ಮೋಹಪಾಶಗಳು ಮತ್ತು ಪ್ರತಿಕೂಲತೆಗಳ ಎಲ್ಲ ಬಿರುಗಾಳಿಗಳಲ್ಲೂ ದೃಢವಾಗಿ ನಿಂತು, ತಮ್ಮ ನಾಲ್ದಿಶೆಗಳಲ್ಲೂ ಪ್ರೇರಣೆಯ ಕಿರಣಗಳನ್ನು ಬೀರುತ್ತ ವಿಜಿಗೀಷು ಭಾವನೆಯಿಂದ ಮುನ್ನಡೆಯುತ್ತಾರೆ. ಅವರು ತಮ್ಮ ಸ್ವಪ್ನಗಳ ಗುರಿ ಮುಟ್ಟುವವರೆಗೂ ಒಂದರ ಮೇಲೊಂದು ಯಶಸ್ಸು ಸಾಸುತ್ತ ಮುಂದಕ್ಕೇ ನಡೆಯುತ್ತಿರುತ್ತಾರೆ.”

Bengaluru: Former Editor of ‘Vikrama’ weekly – mouth piece of RSS Karnataka, Sri Beluvayi Subraya Narayana Malya, 83, (1927-2010) expired today noon at his residence near Mangalore, Karnataka.

Sri BSN Malya born in1927 in Beluvayi of Karkal Taluk of Mangalore came to RSS ideology during 1940s. he actively participated in ‘Satyagrah’ movement in 1948, and prisoned. He resigned his job from Canara Bank in 1953, and joined ‘Vikrama’ as Chief Editor. From 1953 to 1996, for 43 years he served ‘Vikrama’. He was a recognized Journalist , Editor and Thinker in Kannada Journalism. He was arrested in 1977 Emergency days also. Unmarried, Sri BSN Malya authored a journalistic dictionary in Kannada. He had a friendly contact with Atal Bihari Vajpeyee, LK Advani, S Nijalingappa, Kadidal Manjappa and many other leaders of the nation as well as Karnataka. Sri BSN Malya is known for his kind nature and the way he nurtured budding journalists and youth writers.
