RSS chief Mohan Bhagwat in Rajkot

RAJKOT: Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS) chief Mohan Bhagwat arrived in Rajkot on two-day personal visit. Bhagwat met Swami Parmatmananda Saraswati of Munjka-based Aarsh Vidya Mandir, a centre imparting education on learning vedas, upanishads and the Bhagavad Gita. The RSS chief will call on Pravin Maniar in Rajkot on Wednesday. Maniar, a Sangh leader, lost his son a few weeks ago.

While Bhagwat will leave for Mumbai on Wednesday, two senior BJP leaders, general secretary Ram Lal and Balbir Punj, in-charge of party’s Gujarat matters will be coming to Ahmedabad. They will also discuss L K Advani’s rath yatra with party workers in detail.
