Raghaveshwara Swamiji visits Sullia MLA Angara's house

Sullia September 24: In a major move to tie the bonds through social harmony, breaking all caste-barriers Sri Raghaveshwara Bharati Swamiji of Sri Ramachandrapur Mutt, Hosanagara visited the house of Sullia MLA Angara on Tuesday.


‘Swamiji’s visit to the MLA’s house has a significant social relevance as far as united Hindu society is concerned . Swamiji represents a Brahmin’s community and the MLA Angara represents a Dalit community. Hence the visit was historic visit’, said a local senior social leader.


Earlier, Swamiji was welcomed by the family members of Angara. After meeting members of Angara’s family, Swamiji addressed the a small gathering there.


RSS Kshethreeya Sampark Pramukh Dr Kalladka Prabhakara Bhat, RSS Mangalore Vibhag Sah-Karyavah Na Sitaram, RSS local functionaries attended the event.
